Exiting this topic. I do not have these packages- just tried to help get clarification for my friend who is sitting on the fence about purchasing it. My apologies for mentioning Travel Summary, Payments etc. jagoffee is a much better source to give you answers.

It really wasn’t and still isn’t clear for those who purchased before December 14 th, as myself and another poster were told the same as caribill has said. Princess reps on the phone and others posting conflicting information. once it shows in their booking( not in ads) they are most likely getting the $15 limit.

Very unlikely. it appears that members are seeing updated information in their Travel Summary to cover drinks up to $15

OP posted questions 22 hours ago. in the past two days members have noticed their Plus. Package now says drinks up to $15, whereas when they booked it was up to $12. this is in their Travel Summary.

Log in to Princess website Personalizer. Click on Payments. It shows deposit and any payments made or balance owing. Travel Summary shows it too.

Look at your travel summary, payment in the Personalizer. Some are seeing recent updates.

Revised just now. the princess website seems to be working correctly now—- also giving promotional OBC & casino OBC, which it did not offer Dec13 th. We have $500 OBC on standard fare .

I cannot even load cruises tonight. Let’s hope websites is being worked on—- not even the weekend yet.

Thanks for sharing your side of the situation. This is exactly what I had found out when I first posted to this thread.(I am helping a friend with this) To me it looks likely that those finding that their Travel Summary has been updated to show $50—- $15 drink will be fine— getting the drinks they expected to get when they booked Plus before December 14 th. Princess phone agents give out same type of information you get on here— can be confusing- yep.

We will hear about it here as crew try to apply the new rules. Those who now have to pay an extra $10/day for Plus to get the $15 limit maybe ticked off that they didn’t book before December 14 th.

True, now people are seeing their Travel Summary Updated to show this.

The agent gave a reduced fare plus OBC. And avoided the glitches people are seeing online. The booking receipt, Travel Summary & payment are correct.

Deposit is per person. Amount depends on length of cruise. FCD. One each at $100 pp

I have been posting about the website glitches like this for two days. Do not book online right now! The Plus & Standard are not the same price. it is not false advertising- it is a website glitch. Book through an agent.

Looks like Travel Summary show they are giving the $15 limit in place of the $12, for those who booked before December 14 th.

The plus/ standard has a dot to select at top of page where you search for a cruise. It is not working today. All prices were for standard with no plus perks. It is one of the glitches I’ve found over last two days.

Look at Payments and also your Travel Summary. The travel summary should list the inclusions. if not—- call them.

Is this information from the UK website? can you confirm it is for those booking from other countries?

This BSE Sale ends March 1/23. Usually, other promotions come up, sometimes there is a reduced deposit or $1.00 deposit which I will be watching for.

My suggestion is to cancel it. Then you have less worry that you are being ripped off. No one can give you assurance non what drinks will be $12 & under, which is what you paid for. of course you can keep the package & spend time on-board challenging them. or you can upgrade your package now. I do see your point- there is no answer from us yet and those answering Princess phones give varying answers.

I had this same think happen but when I got to put my deposit non it the apology message popped up. Tried again and fares were corrected. Many glitches. I am taking a break—- waiting to see if the Sky is doing Canaries April 15/24- anyone see it listed yet?

This is not always so, from personal experience. also, do you mean you can buy a FCD- future cruise deposit on-board?
