Looking for a laundry ( either self serve or for a fee) where we can get laundry done in a few hours on turnaround day please? I’ve looked on google and there seems to be Wooloomooloo washouse, or Potts Point? Has anyone a personal recommendation?

There was no attendant at 303. The lady in the dry cleaners next door would change notes for quarters ( but I don’t think the dry cleaners was open weekends?) It was pretty basic, but clean and did have a washroom too.

We had 8170 - I preferred it to 8168. I think the curve takes away from balcony usable area. 1100 is great as is 9256

There is a self service laundry about 30 mins walk from the port at the junction of Maltais and Laure. Admittedly its pretty dated. The washers take C$1.75 in .25s. Dryers take .25 for 4 mins You can buy powder at .75. Whole wash/dry 🧺 took us just over an hour.

We made payment over WhatsApp We had the 3.5 hour tour but it lasted closer to 7 at no extra charge

I paid for my BOGO on day 7 of my cruise - one cover charge.

Currently also on Jewel 11n sailing and we are using BOGO tonight ( day 7) and again on final night. 🤷‍♀️

If restaurants chose to add a gratuity then it is clearly labelled as such on the bill. 10% is the norm although some places may put a higher sum if it is a large group ( over 8 is the norm). Again it is clearly stated on the bill that a higher tip percentage is being used for groups. I haven’t been to London in over a year but I understand they now may add 12.5% tip - I’m going up next month to see ABBA so I’ll check! Im not aware if ever getting a transportation receipt 🧾? Do you mean a taxi? Were you paying by credit card?

Heading north towards Halifax. There appears to be a younger demographic on this cruise, even a few more kids! I’m not sure what they did in Bayonne but you can now hear the Captains address in the corridors and the Wi-Fi seems to be much better!! I noticed a different log in screen when I created my account - I swear it didn’t say this last week (STRM) ?

@meadowlander we made it!! Tropical Breeze has changed name to Laundry Express! If anyone else wants to wash between cruises: $6 per wash and $3 to dry. we had to go to the supermarket opposite to buy detergent which we donated! No one there to do a service wash but we were in and out in an hour we are now in the Broadway Diner having lunch ! thanks again!
