Oh yes - why not ? 😃
Plus, on P&O at least, in the unlikely event of not finishing the bottle in the MDR, they no longer store the bottle for you, so you have no choice but to carry it around with you.
Same constituents as a Mimosa, but one big difference. In a Mimosa, two thirds of the drink is orange juice, in a Bucks Fizz, two thirds of the drink is champagne (or Cava) !
Purdey, I'm sure you'll have a great trip. Sounds like you have a great cabin.
Our last time on Arcadia, our cabin creaked so much, that we were moved to a cabin near the external midship lifts. Great location, but, oh so worn out .
Our next cruise is on Sky (again) which we love.
I was born in Colchester, also known a Camulodunum, the Roman capital of Britain, until Boudicca torched it around 63BC, so yes, I enjoyed museums as they resonated with my heritage.
You don't know who you are, until you know who you have been.
No issue with making fun for children.
It is infantile adults thinking it fun to hide bits of plastic for other adults to find that seems incomprehensible.
I don't know. On a sea day, starting with a couple of Bucks Fizz with breakfast, lunch time beers, afternoon cocktails, aperitifs, wine with dinner and a nightcap or two, 15 is not really a problem. However, getting up the next day might be an issue !
I assume this was a Princess excursion. Did you consider one of the many independent excursions that are available, which, by the sound of your tour , would be far more interesting ?
In which case, just pay as you go.
As you like wine, buy it by the bottle, and take it with you as you walk around the ship. Much cheaper than buying by the glass.
I got a letter from Ernie today. £25 !
Enough for more paint for the shed floor and some bifold glass doors.
On second thoughts, perhaps not the floor paint !
Unfortunately showing her age. Could do with a mega refit.
My wife won't cruise on her again. I think we've been spoilt by the more modern Princess ships.
