I have flown 12 times in the last 9 months, been to two mass potential super spreader concerts (one indoor with 20,000 and one outdoor with 60,000), and been in close contact with a number of people who later tested positive. None of those things gave me covid. My partner caught it at the supermarket (whilst masked)and gave it to me! So I'm not sure taking extra precautions makes that much difference.

I haven't been yet, but from the research I've done on Chill Island beach and South Beach you shouldn't hear the music, particularly the bits furthest away from the pool. And at the beach you'll have the sea view and plenty of umbrellas for shade. I think the beach is most likely where you'll get that island feel you're after.
