We reserved a private catamaran from Aruba Watersports for March 2023. Three hours for $1800 including drinks and snacks. I will report back when we get back.

So I did call to inquire about the "free" water. I was told that since our original booking was in April, we are not entitled to the water as the promotion was not running then. Ok. I can agree with that. However, I last re-priced in November when the water promotion was running and when you re-price, you have to swap your old promotions to the new promotions which led us to paying the increased FAS. So in theory, we should be entitled to the water. I was told no.

We were also never interested in upgrading as we are not heavy premium drinkers. On our upcoming cruise, I would rather pay the few bucks more for a drink not included then spending an additional $1200 for the four of us.

The plans are not correct as the Joy vibe is on both port and starboard sides.

Thank you for the information you were told. Unfortunately, it is not showing up for our booking that we made in September. Also I thought if you repriced your cruise if the price dropped, then you would have to accept the current promotion. We repriced in November for our upcoming March cruise so I would think the water would of been included. I am going to look for the original announcement to see what the T & C stated. If anyone can find it, please post it.

The water promotion has a start date of January 1, 2023 so you would not have been entitled to it.

Last winter we are snapped up an angle club balcony suite for a cruise in February 2024. We specifically picked this cabin based on its location and would be very disappointed if it were changed. Yes, I know NCL has the right to change our cabin, but if they do, I would appreciate the opportunity to then again hand pick our cabin. Yes, I know NCL has the right not to let us.

We have been on two Bermuda cruises in recent years and always brought back with us our personal water bottles which I am sure had some liquid left in them from time to time. We never had an issue and honestly, never thought about it. The only thing I remember seeing pulled from some passengers are the bottles of sand. Lots of sand this past September.

I just looked and we are all paying the same price of $152.60 per person for the "free" drinks.

Hi susique! I remember you well from our Joy suites issue last year. That might be it. I booked my nephew in mid November and our trip was originally booked this past April. However, I did re-price a total of 8 times during this period and the last time was also in mid November. I think the old gratuities were kept, but I will look into it. As big water drinkers, we always purchase the water package to supplement our own water bottles when we go off the ship. This next trip we will be with our two young adult children who are even bigger water drinkers so I really am hoping we are entitled to the "free" water.

Exactly--completely agree as a pair in the 50's! Even our two young adult children love the vibe.

No, we are on the Epic on 3/19. First southern itinerary for us so we are very excited.

How many in the other six cabins? If more than two, they do not count towards the minimum needed as well as the solo cabin. Based on my understanding from our group, we needed a minimum of five cabins with two passengers in each .

Still reserved for Haven guests with very limited passes available for non haven guests.

We have four cruises booked and all mine also say it in the comparison summary but not on the perks summary.

I think you are going to love the JOY. We have been on both NCL Getaway and NCL Joy and prefer the Joy. However, we were not fans of the Haven sundeck. Looking forward to following along with you again in March (as long as it is not the same week we are on the Epic!).
