  1. NCL seems to be holding firm on that the original booking needs to be within that three-month time period and re-pricing does not qualify for the water. However, yesterday I was notified, after a few e-mails, that we will be given one 6 pack of water as a good faith gesture, and I gladly accepted it. I am not sure if it was given to me based on our NCL status, cabin booked, future bookings or just to make me stop e-mailing, but it does satisfy me. For us, when we last repriced in November during that time period, I really thought we would get the water. Again, I realize it is just water; however, since we were going to buy two 6 packs (there are four of us), it was going to save us around $45 and I am one that takes any savings I can get. We use the water as back up to our personal water bottles when we leave the ship.
  2. Did your PCC say you could switch out with any penalty?
  3. We pay a few days before due date just in case life gets in the way.
  4. But they did not listen as the "free" water was only included for a three month period. However, I am pretty sure everyone read it as the "free" water was going to be included from January 1, 2023 onwards. as I did.
  5. So according to the information I have been relayed, you will be receiving the water for the March cruise since it was booked in the promotion period.
  6. We are sailing on the Epic on 3/19/23 with extended family. The majority of our extended family took the NCL airfare promotion and they received their flight details on Sunday, January 8, 2023. So if this timeline hold true, I would think you would hear something this weekend. The relatives coming from Texas were very happy with their flights, those coming from New York, not so much.
  7. We also avoided the aft cabins and hopefully they will fix this issue.
  8. Very funny and very accurate. I wonder if anyone actually enjoys them.
  9. The Haven sundeck on the Joy is not, in my opinion, nicer than the Vibe. Not enough comfortable loungers and the service was horrible
  10. Hoping for four unicorns for us this March but will be more than happy with two unicorns.
  11. Really disappointing to read about the lack of bar service. As is, my two young adult children and husband will miss having a DBH. And we are used to excellent service in the Vibe and do expect the same in the Posh.
  12. Thank you for the tip about shrimp and crab cakes. I will definitely include that in my notes for our upcoming trip. Not for me though as I do not care for seafood, but my family does.
  13. We stayed in a Joy Haven HI and absolutely loved the location. It took us less than a minute to walk to the Haven entrance and that walk saved us a good amount of dollars.
  14. Will read your review now. Thank you for taking the time to post it.
  15. But can you request the filet the night before? That was the procedure for us on the Joy this past February.
  16. Thank you for this information. We too might be interested in purchasing thermal passes for the first time for our late August cruise.
  17. Where is the entrance to the Haven on the Epic? I cannot tell from the deck plans.
  18. Our two young adult children automatically got credit on their sailings when they turned 18.
  19. Thank you for this information. While we do not take the NCL air, my BIL and his family did for our upcoming extended family vacation. He is not thrilled with his return flight and it makes it worse that we will be home already before he takes off, then has another 1.5 to 2 hours to get home once he lands. Jokingly, he said my husband can pick them up from the airport then.
  20. I read it as the OP got his flights, purchased new ones and then got a partial refund.
  21. Agree! Mozzerella sticks are worth it and the Haven lunch menu is very limited for us.
  22. Thank you. This is my concern. I was hoping the procedure was similar to the Vibe where they used to give you a number.
