  1. OOPS Yes forgot the OBC is per cabin so for 11 day cruise you get L/D wine beer & $400 pp for excursions
  2. So basically you get the House select & $800 for excursions for the $800 difference for cruise /no air
  3. Asked my friend who lives near Halifax & she said they have had no new reports of fires & AFASK they are out

  5. According to the media report you will keep the perks you have now or you can switch to the Simply More program probably for a fee Any cruises booked July 1st the OBC you get will only be for shorex ...use it or lose it

I think all lines have some issues post pandemic We sailed HAL 2015 2016 Food was so so cabin was comparable to an O class regular cabin (size wise) Hal did have more entertainment you had to pay for specialty restaurants on HAL Only 1 Princess cruise back in 2006 so I am sure it has changed since then 😉 I would say give O a try & decide for yourself what works best for your needs/wants JMO

They have never charge the deviation fee until I agreed to the flights/routing In some cases I have just switched to cruise only & did my own air when we could not find a flight that worked for me Might be harder to get the flights post covid I booked my own this trip & that is not going well either 😲 a sign of the times ??

Call & just speak to someone at O if still no satisfaction then ask for a supervisor or someone higher up the food chain If there is availability in the cabin category that you have booked it should not be a problem Before you cancel check the fine print to make sure you are not in the penalty time frame JMO
  10. Why did you fly in the same day ?? Cruise lines have no control over the airlines & any issues of late/delayed flights
  11. Happens all the time They do not check invites at the door Then there are those that travel with their posse & tell them just to come with them & push past the line up of people waiting to enter Horizons
  12. I believe you pay at the time you book the excursions until they are sold out O Life you have to book at least 14 days from sailing day

  14. Do you pay the agency direct or does it go on your CC? My TA still gives me group rates if they are on the sailing I want Best to ask the agency what their policy is
  15. There is a sample menu online you can see the options & if they are not to your liking if you ask when ordering they might be able to get something you prefer if not they have A1 or HP sauce onbord

  18. I am not sure what you are asking I use a USA TA & the cruise line I use offers pricing in CAD or USD I would think any agency if dealing with cruises lines that offer payment in CAD should be able to process your booking via CC to the cruiseline in CAD

  20. Were you asking for BIZ class? The $598 sounds like the deviation fee Did you opt out of the air when you booked the cruise then decided to use the O air ? Sounds like some strange bookkeeping with the air dept 😉
