    Someone on bookface said they carried on beer. Others complaining about liquor collection. Not sure we have hit wine country yet. I wonder if it will depend on how many wine tours Carnival sells? Of course, many wineries will ship these days.

    Liquor collection tables set up in Messina and yes they were staffed. What I don't know is if it is an honor system or not. I don't hear the scanners yelling liquor. If I have an abundance of energy, maybe I'll buy a bottle to throw away and test the system. I'm any event, I think the handwriting is on the wall.

    Just had a momentary lights out glitch in the MDR. Not sure where else. I do hear some beeps from somewhere. Now gone It did get quiet - none of the muzak is playing. I'm wondering if the A/C dropped out?

    Used to pick an itinerary that had at least one port out of the EU which would then exempt the ship. Croatia was good for that until they joined.
