Relax. :)
From Wiki:
The range lies roughly south of a line from southeastern Nebraska through southern Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana to southwestern Ohio. In the southern states, it is native from central Texas to western Georgia and north to Kentucky. Despite rumors to the contrary, the brown recluse spider has not established itself in California or anywhere outside its native range.

They only took the Swell!?! Not the Raybans sitting right beside it
The Raybans won't help them quench their thirst!! It's all in the priorities. ;)

I'll never understand why these self centered parents continue to do this. It's a health risk people!!!

Ours on the Dream started at 9 am, but there was also a second tour that day that started later than that.
This was our experience on the Fantasy as well.

I've tried to get it, but it's only available if you book MONTHS (a year plus) in advance.
Not so! Keep checking back everyday! More will open up.

Lobster tails are served on the first formal night on 5 day and longer cruises, no longer served on 4 day cruises. stopped several months ago.
Our cruise on the Fantasy back in February was a 5 day cruise and there was only 1 formal night. Lobster was not on the menu as a freebie. My dh had to pay an extra $20 for it.

If we cruised when our kids were that little I would have no problems at all bringing them with us on port stops. I wouldn't leave them on the ship only because this is a vacation and I want to spend it with the whole family. You can't do that if the kids are left on the ship.

My question is would you be happier if Carnival adopted the airlines' policy of the price you book is the price you pay?
If I book a cruise, I am happy with the fare. Simple enough.

What port?

Curious if Fantasy has cabins w pull-down berths. I've looked at decked plans and for 3 in the cabin this option is not readily available.
Three of us sailed on the Fantasy in February and had an OV with a pull down. We had stateroom E170. If you look at the deck plan, that stateroom has a small dot next to the room number. That small dot denotes 2 Twin Beds (convert to King) and 1 Upper Pullman.

evandbob,
Your response has me confused. Water is non-alcoholic and we would have maybe ten, 8-oz unopened bottles of water.
But then you say the answer to my question is 'no'?? Could you please clarify?
BOTTLES is the key word here. No bottles of water, soft drinks or juice allowed. The only bottled product allowed is 1 bottle of wine per person over 21. If you want to bring water, soft drinks or juice they have to be in CANS or CARTONS.

Yes, they are still offered. I remember a couple of postings from earlier this year.
No need for Google. Your answers are here on CC.

I would do the Baltimore cruise. Not having to do the flying, hauling of suitcases (to airport, to hotel, to port, back to airport), finalizing the logistics of it all would make it so much easier when you have a little one in the mix.
-
Yes, they still do. Check back everyday as sometimes they disappear quick.

We cruised on Fantasy's last cruise out of Charleston. You wouldn't have known she was headed for dry dock. Staff was great, no closed off areas and CC even had a "Thank You, Charleston" party the last night of the cruise with free drinks for all. We had a great time!!!

I have no new info regarding this. We have decided to pass on this excursion. The price went up $5 per person in the past week and after much research it's not really worth it. You don't get to spend much time with the rays.
-
We started cruising after CC took the chocolates away. But not having them is no big deal because we don't get chocolate OR turn down service at any other type of vacation we have done in the past.

It all depends upon your definition of "good". Everyone barks at you, "Come check out my shop." We've only seen it from walking by and it looks as if once you've seen one, you've seen them all. We avoid it.
We get our t-shirts and souvenirs 2 blocks away on Bay St.

The next day we heard from a couple we met on board that an assistant cruise director told them that the woman who had a heart attack unfortunately passed away on the tender going back ashore. While my heart goes out to the woman and her family, what they were told next is what bothers me. According to them the assistant said that the only reason we didn't go on to Cozumel was because Carnival was not willing to pay the airfare for the woman's family and her casket to go home. Obviously I have no way of knowing if this is true or not. They also said they were told that each person would receive a $60 credit.
We got our excursion fee refunded, but did not see any other credits.
There's the whole problem right there. It's hearsay since you didn't hear it from the horse's mouth.
I don't mean to sound callous because obviously they did the right thing getting this woman care as fast as possible, but we had to save for several years for this trip and the only reason we chose the Paradise was because of the Cozumel stop. Both my husband and I and our two teenage boys were really looking forward to the Tulum/snorkeling excursion.Such a selfish remark.

It was really undetectable. We used the safe all week and not until I was clearing it out and felt around and noticed a different texture did I realize it was there. It had the same dimensions as the back of the safe. That's probably how it got left behind.
There's a big chance that it might not have been the previous room occupants if it blended that well.

In reality, Carnival only has 4 levels - Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
5 levels......you forgot Red.
-
This is enough to make a person drink. :D
I keep trying and all I ever get is either PayPal won't log in or the code can't be applied right now.
CHEERS!!! LOL

Just can't pay more for an inside cabin than I paid for a balcony only a couple of weeks ago on the same ship. I guess Bermuda is limited. Last sailing was to the Bahamas.
Pricing is based upon supply and demand. Cruises to the Bahamas are plentiful so naturally they will be cheaper.
