    We do not use plastic bottles either. On Marina now, and the Oceania non insulated metal bottles have been working well for us. The cap has a reliable seal, no water leaking in backpacks. seachelt

    I got an email from my TA today regarding a booking we made onboard a few days ago. The email says that we have until January 4th to prepay the gratuities for our September cruise if we want to pay at the current rate. Seachelt

    This morning on Marina a fellow guest very ungraciously returned a board to reception, with complaints…environment, weight, complete waste etc. I mentioned that there is a couple on the ship who would gladly accept a board, but my “assistance “ was not well received.🫢 seachelt

    We are on the Marina now. One of those beautiful boards was delivered to our cabin last night. seachelt

    Our cruise departs on December 18th, and we received our cruise booklet about 3 weeks ago direct from Oceania although we booked through a travel agent. Seachelt

    We bring our own wine and our own corkscrew. Housekeeping could probably find you a corkscrew but we have never asked. No corkage fee if you enjoy your wine in your own cabin. Corkage fee is payable when you bring your own wine to any of the dining rooms. Seachelt

    Of course they only ship the Medallions to US customers. So they are expecting those of us from other countries to pay for a “benefit” that isn’t available to us? Really? seachelt

    We have been delighted with thes extended balconies, our favourite area! No noise from dining room or casino at all. Enjoy! Seachelt

    IMHO Jacques is really "the finest cuisine at sea". Polo and Toscana are also excellent on Riviera and Marina. Sorry you were disappointed by Tuscan Grill, we have never experienced it as we have never travelled on the Sirena or her sister ships. Enjoy your cruise on the Riviera in March!

    The food is WAY too good! It'll take much more than a pair of jeans to put me off. lol Enjoy

    We were also on the Island earlier this year. We had a premium balcony cabin, on Caribe deck, which was spacious and well furnished. Crooners was our choice bar, seating usually available. Good Spirits at Sea had sandwiches at times. We were well satisfied with the ship and the accommodations, and we will be aboard again in August. Seachelt

    On our August cruise I saw a lady order and receive two lobster tails in the MDR. I thought it somewhat ironic that in the Specialties the menus state “Enjoy an additional lobster tail for an additional $10.00”

    We disembarked the Island Princess on August 28, our refund was issued Sept 23, and we got it today. Full amount of refundable OBC $824.50

    We just came from Island Princess a cou[e of weeks ago. There were pots of tea and pots of coffee, no choice of specialty teas. Serving scones with preserves and whipped cream, cookies, squares, little sandwiches. Happened on sea days only No live music No ice cream enjoy!

    We were in PR723 recently. It was exceedingly noisy 24 hours per day, balcony was so loud it was unusable. The white areas on each side of the cabin seemed to contain industrial fans. The deck manager moved us to another area.

    We enjoyed afternoon tea on the Island Princess last week. everything was delicious, especially the scones! We didn't enquire about gluten-free, and there was no indication of it.

    We are using Princess shuttle, cost $59. per person

    Ditto. Seems to be a common problem. Princess is advising us not to worry about it, just take your documents to the pier.

    Our EZ air booking was made by Princess 28 days out, very short timing IMHO
