I think that's correct but the last time we changed cabins I stayed in the original cabin while my husband moved our stuff. We prefer to do it ourselves.

Mine took around 12-13 week even though they mailed it back with a mistake I made originally. (standard service)

I was thinking long and hard about switching to another cruise line as my favorite but after considering their price increases of the other cruise lines recently, I suppose I'll stick with Princess. (and they sure know it). I just keep tailoring my trips doing with a little less each cruise without having to spend extra in order to enjoy myself. What really gets me is their charging me $14.99 to use the Medallion to order their food ! Not that I can't get off my duff & get it myself, but there are items that can't be had unless you order them to be delivered. 😡

They simply don't care what their passengers think as there are to many people sailing lately. Soon, all will be forgotten and people will just accept the new pricing without hesitation. (just like the loss of coffee cards, internet minutes, loyalty credit, candies on the pillow, bars of soap, wine and flute glasses in the cabin when boarding, beef medallions, etc.)

No problem. Just wrap it in a piece of aluminum foil and tell them you lost it when you ask for a cruise card.

They always serve something that you never see on other nights. It's the one time we would miss out on but going to a Specialty restaurant.

It's just not the same as it use to be a few years ago.

I suspect it's much less formal than the European trips and more like Caribbean cruises.

I believe you posted those new movies at that time and they were fairly current at the time. I still prefer to choose many others they don't offer.

I use my phone to watch movies. The ones on the ship are years old and they have no plan on updating them anytime soon from what I've seen.

I'm not complaining but stating that their delivery service isn't for me. If that's what you like, go for it.

As I recall they don't schedule the trivia games when we eat and really, how many trivia games can you attend during a cruise? After a while they become monotonous. If that's what you prefer then the delivery service was made for you.

Or balcony is usually to small to spread out to enjoy a hot meal so it much better to go to the DR & sit at a table to relax, rather than eating a cold sandwich on a squashed balcony. I can eat cold sandwich's any time at home for lunch.

Since we never eat in the cabin and don't purchase the drink package, why spend $14.95 for delivery? I prefer to get our of my seat & go to the DR or buffet for my meals instead of trying to balance a plate while sitting in a lounge chair. Anyway, the items for delivery are limited to only certain items the last time we sailed.

Basically a thick cord that clips onto a plastic holder for the medallion. This hangs around you neck.

Workout shorts & a T shirt and we're ready for the DR to eat lunch. 😄

I often wonder how some people actually enjoy their cold meal trying to eat in a typical balcony cabin while sitting on the edge of the bed. I can understand a full suite, but that's about it. We'll be at the DR or buffet getting exactly what hot food we like.

I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop. LOL 😄
