  1. You can also just call the dine line from your room to book it. Line busy…go to the restaurant and book when you board. Eventually, they may get it on the App. who knows?
  2. Maybe these will help? https://www.elliott.org/company-contacts/princess-cruise-lines/
  3. Probably need ID/badge holder for the card too, unless it has a hole already?
  4. Does X still have sea pass cards? Are they given to you once OB outside your cabin? Do they provide lanyards for them? TIA
  5. Maybe someone on a current roll call that will end in Rome could check with shore excursions desk? Or, If there is a live thread on the forum? Did you call and select the book shore excursions line? Or, have a TA that might be able to check for you?
  6. That’s very good to know. Thank you for posting.
  7. If you’re looking for possible Princess hotels, for the location, here’s a link. https://www.princess.com/learn/cruise-destinations/cruise-ports-and-hotels/
  8. Also, request seats as soon as you can, as far forward as possible, on the airline website, to get off a little faster.
  9. If you check AC website the minimum connection time from Canada to US with a connection in YUL is 55 minutes. That is a legal connection, meaning that is enough time to connect you and your checked bags. They would not book an illegal connection. However, if perfect weather and flight times, of course they suggest 1.5 hours. Lol You should be protected as you noted in your insurance info. Sit back and go with the flow and enjoy your cruise. Not much you can do about it anyway.😳
  10. Check with AC for any questions you may have. https://www.aircanada.com/us/en/aco/home/fly/at-the-airport/airport-information/montreal-airport/ca-us.html#/
  11. It may mean that you cannot change your pw if you have a current booking. I would call them or use chat, if you’re still not able to change it. Ask them if it will change the email on your current bookings also.
  12. Sounds more like a windows 10 glitch, maybe an update needed? Try to change your email on your phone instead of laptop/PC or Vice versa. Make sure to keep your devices updated and clear history/cache.
  13. Food is so subjective. I think most of the cruise lines have made cuts and cost savings in the food OB. We’ve been on a lot of ships and cruises on PCL since the restart. We noticed the lobsters are smaller in the MDR snd some of our favorites were taken off the menu, but back on now, etc. Buffet has had many choices. We always find something we like, so it’s a no biggie for us. JMO
  14. Check with the Internet Cafe. They may know if there’s an issue. Or, try your phone.
  15. http://www.gibraltartaxiassociation.com/ We got 8 together on our roll call and booked the 3.5 hour tour. We paid after the tour was finished. Very good. Luigi was our guide.
  16. Would the credit card you used for your cruise have any reimbursement clause for you? I would check it. Sorry this had to happen.
  17. I’ve never received it weeks ahead. We usually get it 10-14 days before sailing, which works out well, as we leave early for Europe cruises also. You may get a shipping notice a few days before it arrives by Usps or Fedex.
  18. Be careful if you’re planning on taking the cable up, it was closed when we went due to high winds, The airport was also closed and flights were being diverted. Our tour guide said it happens quite often. I was happy we booked the taxi tour ahead of time.
  19. I’ve always found that the kids on Princess cruises are very well behaved. But…we do go on longer cruises and there’s not as many kids on those.
  20. Maybe, also recently it was brought up by another @rocklinmom I believe. So, no you’re not going crazy. I’m glad you contacted your TA.
  21. They open anywhere from 59 days to 12 days before sailing. FLL usually is around 59 days, but who knows. If you are set on arriving early, I would go ahead and do it. FLL is very well run and they are very efficient getting off and on the ship. OTOH, arriving at noon may be fast also, because they have gotten the early birds OB already. No worries really!
  22. We usually go early and I’ve never waited outside. If you did wait for some reason, it is a covered area going into the terminal. I would pick the arrival time, see my post #3, just in case they ask. As of now, they don’t ask your arrival group time.
