Pre-paid excursion cancellation & refund timing

I have a lot of cruises booked. I have cancelled and rebooked several excursions and onboard services purchases. It usually is about 7 days before I see my refund back on my credit card, up to 10 days. -

Is the aft facing balcony covered or half covered? I’d take the aft if at least partially covered and a nice sized balcony. We spent a lot of time on our balcony touring South America/Antarctica and it was so beautiful. We look for half covered, large balconies. The wind shouldn’t be an issue, in a center aft. The wrap around balconies get windy.
