  2. I have a couple of suggestions for you. Call TA on Monday, make sure their booking is not marked “No upgrade.” That is, if they are willing to take another cabin, if upgraded. And if not offered an upgrade, then the day of sailing, stop at Guest services, once OB and ask if there are any upgrades available to an Ocean view/balcony. Go enjoy your lunch and see if GS comes up with any offers. Depends how full the ship is. Good luck.
  3. I think it depends on the ship. You are right…it IS supposed to carry over to a b2b, the remainder of the 15 specialty coffees. However, our last b2b’s it did not, or so I was told. So, if we used ours as we did each b2b each time. I was also told the OBC would not carry over by GS. Which I knew was wrong. New employees in GS. Hmmm

  12. Are you trying to reach the general customer service agents at 1800 Princess? There is an option for them to call you back. I tried it an they called me in about an hour. Maybe give us an idea of the issue, so we might direct you, of whom to email or call?

I’ve always thought the PCL port guides were very basic. I research ahead and print out what I need from other sources. The destination specialists have been very good once you are OB.

  15. You sure can. Just go on to the website and to your cruise personalizer, just like you always did. If you move down on the page, you will see a dark box that says MedallionClass App, just below that in tiny letters in blue “Try our website version.” Click on that blue link and you will put in your name, booking number etc and you can do your checkin that way. This will be on your computer, like in the past. Not on a smartphone.

  20. I’m really surprised the Davinci DR was not open for embarkation lunch. Could it have been due to low passenger count?
