Hi all. If you pre purchase Prima Thermal Suite passes can you cancel and get a refund if you cancel prior to boarding? I’ve always purchased in advance on other ships and there were always passes still available onboard albeit they cost slightly more onboard. I’m wondering if that is the same for Prima (still available onboard and cost more?). Would love to hear opinions on the pros and cons on the Prima Thermal Suite. Thanks as always for all the great feedback.

If you have a cabin of 2 people can you still make dining reservations for 6 people without having to pay when you make the reservation? Reason for the question is because a friend said on a recent cruise it wouldn’t allow her to make a reservation for more than was in her cabin without making payment even though all intended to use their specialty dining credits. In the past we could make a reservation for say 6 even though we were a cabin of 2 and then each would present their card for payment at the restaurant. I’m wondering if it was just a system glitch or user error…or if the process has actually changed. Thanks as always for your help!

So sorry to hear that Quill. It’s such a disappointment since you already purchased the passes to now have them taken away. It doesn’t seem right to take all the pre purchased passes away just to give them to another group. I hope you have a great cruise anyway

A few weeks ago we were told the Breakaway was at 80% capacity

I see that there were some umbrellas in the VIBE. I am wondering if there are any other covered areas in there. For instance, is the bar in the VIBE shaded/covered? Wondering if there is any way to sit outside with some shade. Love your review!

For those who have sailed on Breakaway to Canada NE recently was SIX one of the shows offered? It shows in the itinerary as “not available to book or book on board”. While I know the way you book shows has changed re COVID I haven’t seen SIX mentioned in any comments in any of the reviews for the Canada NE sailings on Breakaway. Thanks.
