We are sailing on the Epic on March 1, 2025. Approximately how far in advance of sailing do shore excursions and specialty dining become available for booking?

I have searched NCL's website and this thread and cannot find a clarification. We just booked a cruise on the Epic for March 1, 2025. We part of the Free at Sea is a "2 Meal Dining Package". Does this mean we each get 1 meal or do we each get 2 meals? My first thought was we each get 1 meal making a total of 2 but on my vacation summary it says "2 Meal Dining Package QTY: 2" which leads me to think we each get 2 meals. Someone please clarify for us. Thank you, in advance.

Sailed on the Mardi Gras on April 29th and our Ocean Suite was ready and sign & sail cards were in the mail slot as soon as we boarded.

We were on the same sailing. We had a GREAT time. We enjoyed the ship and it never felt crowded. We haven't booked anything yet but I can see us sailing on her again.

Thank you very much for your great review. I have been following along and enjoyed your narration along with Patti’s wonderful pictures. Our cruise on the Marci Gras isn’t until next April but I felt like I was almost there with y’all. Again, thank you and I look forward to reading more of your reviews from your future sailings. Hopefully, sometime in the future our paths will cross and I can buy you a bucket of beer.

Next month will be 17 years for me. I haven't been on that many cruises but I have used CC in my preparations. I have also made some friends on here and our cruise Roll Calls and Meet & Mingles. I really enjoy reading other cruiser's opinions (it does amaze me, however, how so many people can be on the exact same cruise and have vastly differing experiences) and advice. We are not sailing until April 2023 but I am on here almost daily.

jbhcw - how is the Radisson? We were thinking of staying there next April pre-cruise.
