  1. A couple mentions of SHOWBAND in the following thread:
  2. I've sailed Grandeur 7 times (7,10,7,10,12,8,8 nights) from 2013 to 2020 and Vision (Rhapsody's twin sister) 1 time (16 nights) in 2017. Grandeur was inside or ocean view. Vision was 2BR GS. The only real difference that I noticed was the Vision windjammer had a better layout. Same size, but better organization. My daughter sailed on Grandeur 4 times from 2013 to 2020 and Rhapsody 1 time in 2017. Her only comment was regarding the windjammer. Neither of us visited specialty restaurants.
  3. I'm an Anthem rookie ... only sailed her 8 times (Westbound TA, Bermuda, CA/NE, Bahamas, Eastern Caribbean, Eastbound TA, Eastbound TA, Westbound TA). ETA: Also sailed Quantum on the maiden voyage (TA from Southampton to Cape Liberty). For my Liberty sailing last September, I took Amtrak from Wilmington, DE to Newark Penn Station. ~$90 for RT train and RT Lyft to/from port versus ~$50 tolls, $270 parking, and $$ gas. Would not hesitate to do it again.
  4. C&A members with 340+ points get "Upgraded bathroom amenities". Tubes of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash.
  5. No, it's unfortunate that it seems like every time we dock in PC there are a couple of ambulances waiting for us. On one cruise we diverted to PC for a med evac, then on our scheduled port day in PC, we had more med evacs. I guess you could say it's fortunate that they are able to evacuate in the US vs a foreign country.
  6. Were they picking up their takeout order? 😉
  7. I have two 14 nighters this year SOLO ... the OBC is all MINE, no cabinmate to share with. 😄 With NextCruise OBC, shareholder OBC, Group rate OBC, and Travel Agent OBC, I think it was just a few dollars more to book SOLO vs double occupancy. 🙂 Plus the extra C&A point for SOLO.
  8. And unfortunately, a haven for med evacs. ☚ī¸
  9. So you changed that to ~200 days a year on cruise ships. 🙂 😄
  10. You can buy refundable OBC thru Royal Gifts (800-722-5443). BTW, for a cash account, IIRC, you can spend up to $X ($500?) on-board before you are required to add cash or a credit card.
  11. Same issue for my April 22 sailing where I finished check-in 15 days ago. This issue has been reported in the past and, IIRC, no times/info was lost. 🤞
  12. Note you have to book a specific sailing within 2 months (book, not sail) of the original Book Later booking in order to receive the NextCruise OBC. Otherwise, you have to book (not sail) within one year or you will forfeit the deposit.
  13. Look up your booking on the airline's website. Your Air2Sea confirmation should have a six digit alphanumeric locator #.
  14. JR on Anthem is a la carte pricing, not a cover charge.
  15. Did they bring the backstage tour back, or are you referring to the talk with the entertainment staff?
  16. Probably Explorer. Voyager = Cozumel (3/7) Adventure = Aruba (3/6) to PC (3/9) Explorer = Labadee (3/6) to MIA (3/8)
  17. Not to argue, but are you sure you didn't misread the menu? The first one is complimentary, additional tails are $16.99 Maine Lobster Tail Broiled lobster tail with melted butter Additional lobster tail available for $16.99
  18. The current 8 night sailing lists "free" lobster tail on day 7. Most US sailings offer lobster on the 2nd "formal" night.
  19. ☚ī¸ I'm sorry for being the bearer of [possible] bad news, but I just wanted to make sure there were no surprises on embarkation day.
  20. I would confirm with the suite concierge (via email) prior to the cruise whether the linked interior cabin occupants can partake in CK or other suite benefits.
  21. What I find Odd is the lack of a descriptive title. 🙄 P.S. There are also at least two active threads regarding Labadee changes.
