  1. My app doesn't state when check in opens. I may have to uninstall and install again
  2. I have a cruise for the beginning of December and the app keeps telling me to check back closer to my sail date. This doesn't appear correct.
  3. My cruise is in 63 days. When will check in open?
  4. I asked the server what the 12.5% represented and was informed it was the gratuity aw
  5. I was just in London for a few days and a British Isles cruise. Every restaurant receipt, transportation receipt they add 12.5% which is considered a gratuity. So why would people not leave at least 12.5% since that is the norm in their country.
  6. Are you on the Emerald in January? I am also doing the b2b on the Emerald and will be reserving the Sanctuary early for the Los Angeles to Fort Lauderdale cruise.
  7. Looking forward to my next cruise on the 8th. I have been on the caribbean princess a couple of times and realize she is not new and shiny. BTW we live close by in Hauppauge.
  8. Prior to the daily tip now part of your end of cruise bill cruise ships had recommendations for your waiter, assistant waiter, dining maitde, room steward and head of housekeeping. Those daily fees did not include room service.
  9. I put a cruise on hold today and wanted to make payment a couple of hours later but it wasn't showing up in my future cruises on the princess website or the medallion. I tried chatting to see if they could take my payment but the representative couldn't understand why I wasn't able to view the cruise I had a hold reserved.
  10. I think only full days should be sold on the first day and if any loungers remain unsold then on the 2nd day they should be sold. I should be able to reap the benefits next year because I will be on a B2B and hope to get the sanctuary on the better days on my 2nd trip
  11. I have a couple of iced cappuccinos a day but no sugar with almond milk.
  12. I understand that but I like to book for a complete day and having that lounge empty in the morning because someone has booked for the afternoon is a loss for princess.
  13. I would have to drink 10 coffees a day to make the beverage package breakeven point. That is not possible. I normally have 4 iced cappacinos.
  14. Unfortunately I can't have fructose or corn syrup. Oh well its water, club soda and coffee.

  16. Are the ingredients fresh meaning squeezed limes instead of the lime mix used to make margaritas, I cannot have any form of a sugar in my drinks and was hoping for fresh ingredients.
  17. It's cheaper for me to pay as I go. I can't drink soda or the other items in the package so I have no choice.
  18. I agree get rid of the half day option which would eliminate a lot of people. If you can't get a reservation, go back daily to check for cancellations. It happened to us on the enchanted in March.
  19. Has the coffee card/package been discontinued? I see the package that includes soda, water, juice and coffee but I only want the coffee.
  20. book a b2b. Things aren't always fair. I'm sure people in suites are booked before people get on the ship
  21. Still waiting for mine from May 2022. When I was on the Odyssey I checked with the loyalty ambassador and was informed it was still on the order schedule. I am cruising Oasis in June and will hopefully just be able to pick it up from the loyalty ambassador.
  22. I think they made it to Cape Canaveral this past week.
  23. I am bringing my diet ginger ale on the anthem tomorrow.
  24. Still waiting for my Oasis block from my cruise last May. I checked when I was on the Odyssey in January and was informed it should be arriving shortly.
