  1. I don't think Royal has ever called me after searching their site. I'm on there on a regular basis. I do get an occasional email but that's it. Maybe they dont call because we sail with Royal a couple times a year.
  2. You will probably be able to disembark Oasis as early as 7 am. I have personally not done it but I have heard you would be best to use a car service to the next ship unless royal offers a shuttle bus (not sure about that) As Celebrity probably won't be ready to board until 10 am or thereafter you probably want to pick the latest disembarkment you can then take car share to the Celebrity ship.
  3. If you are planning on hiding under your bed or in the closet, you already know the answer. NO! You can order coffee to be delivered to cabin with no additional room service charge. If diamond or higher go to crown & lounge or buy a coffee card for espresso, etc
  4. I just heard on morning news that Norwegian Jewel will start sailings out of Philadelphia April 2026. Here's hoping that Royal will follow as we could drive down I95 and be there in less than 1 hr.
  5. You could ask your TA to link the cruises or should be able to do on the App. Keep an eye on prices for drink pkg, internet, specialty dining or any other items on cruise planner. If there is a sale you can cancel existing and rebook these items at the new lower price. Black Fridays are traditionally the best sales. If you buy internet it is usually cheaper to buy for 1 person and select multiple devices vs each person buying 1 device. In the casino you can use your seapass card to make room charges for $$$. Make sure to tap or input your card in slot machine to earn your casino points.
  6. I agree. I've been reading reviews for May cruises and they can be quite chilly with temps in the 30's and 40's. Possibly colder for the more northern ports. Especially if you go to the mountain tops.
  7. I think they found a tumor on one of them and earlier this week she had both of them removed along with her uterus.
  8. So sad,,,I put on my bathing suit, picked out a new book to read today and was heading out the door to my car when I noticed the sky getting dark west of us. Looked at weather on phone and radar shows showers heading to us by 2 pm. My girlfriend that invited over to her pool lives about 1/2 hr away. I called her and she said it just started getting dark at her house too. I guess it wasn't meant to be. 😪
  9. I read your post after I typed mine. Petfinder.com is the site we used for 2 of our 3 cats and just recommended George check it out. Beautiful photos, looks like you are having great weather on your cruise!
  10. I recall being able to book bistro reservations on the App for other ships. Maybe it was closer to the sail date ??
  11. Thank you for everything you have done to save their lves and place them in (hopefully) their forever homes😍
  12. It is very sad to visit those places but is such a good feeling when your forever kittie finds you and know you helped at least one animal that day. I don't dare take my Husband with me as I know we would be taking everyone home with us. They say your pet will find you. Which is how it happened with our last 2 cats (Sparky and Petey). I went to the shelter to look at 2 other cats I saw on their website and Sparky (previously known as Cody) walked right over to me and purred and purred and just wanted so much love. I walked over to another cat and next thing I saw was Sparky laying in the cat carrier I brought with me. He chose me so be it - I didn't look any further. Eva (our black cat about 4 yrs older) was so happy when Sparky came in the door. They immediately connected. A year or so later I returned to the same shelter to look at an orange cat my husband liked on their website and ended up bringing home Petey as he followed me and kept rubbing up against my leg. The cat rescue shelter I have gone to does not have them in cages they are all in a large open room with numerous cat trees, lots of toys and beds along with some window seats. I feel this makes it easier to see their personalities too. Seeing any animal in a cage is so sad. I found the shelter on the local site for petfinder.com
  13. We used special needs at sea for my husband's scooter rental. You pick up in your cabin on day and on disembarkment day you can leave it in the area where they meet (varies per ship) for people that need wheelchair assistance to get off the ship. https://www.specialneedsatsea.com/reserve-equipment/scooter-rentals/ I found this company to have the best pricing. If you need assistance getting on the ship, there is an area in every port where you can request wheelchair assistance for boarding. Do you have an accessible cabin? If not, it will be difficult to manuever the scooter in and out of your cabin as well as an obstacle to store in your cabin if in a standard balcony, OV or interior.
  14. What sailing is this for? Great price of only $1157/pp
