while eating lunch I just read online news article about they may shut down power in a small area of Zone A for Tampa as early as tomorrow morning. That area is under evacuation orders so it makes sense to be pro-active and to shut it down before the storm.

I think it is 5 or 6 wings. Ask your concierge they can help you plan the food for the party.

I hate line jumpers too! The worst is the sneaky ones and then when they are confronted they think they have a reason more important than everyone else that is standing there. I find nothing wrong with what the crew member said. Sure there are other ways they could have said to the butter and perhaps the line butter could have handled differently too.

I agree, 9:30 would be a good pick up time at Cape Liberty. When you walk out of the terminal stay to your right and text her the zone number you will be at then she can just pull right up to the curb and load luggage and off you go. Good luck with your tests today😍

Bermuda has a great public bus system. If ferry is running from royal dockyard you could take that to Hamilton. Lots to wander around to see and do there. We always get a Dark n Stormy with some fish chowder at The Hog Penny, excellent place! Then you could walk to the bus depot and ride to St George or to a beach. We love Bermuda😀

Right now the parking garage is for handicap/special needs only since Oasis and Adventure OTS are both sailing of Cape Liberty this summer/fall. By December the only ship sailing will be Anthem so the parking garage should be open again with first come first serve as done in the past. On our last b2b on Anthem March/April we rented a car in PA then dropped off at the Avis/Budget that is about 3 miles or less from the cruise port and took an Uber to the port. Then when we picked up rental car at same location for the drive home. It was much cheaper than paying $350 for 14 nights, especially since I could use points from a credit card towards the rental.

We have good friends of ours that just bought a new home outside of Clearwater, FL (Pinellas County) which I think is under evacuations order. I tried calling and texting them today but no response. I guarantee you she is panicking. We saw them for a going away / moving party end of August and the one thing she said was "better not be any hurricanes this year" and her Husband kept telling her not to worry. Stay Safe Everyone.

Yes, it is specific to Royal as they will not pay the fee to State of MD to have a temporary license for each cruise. Carnival pays the fee, therefore, they are allowed to operate their casino prior to reaching international waters. I believe Carnival is allowed to open their casino once they pass under the bridge.

Yup the charge comes to $14 pp with the automatic tip. You can have extra sides and includes desert, but not the milkshakes. This does not apply to all ships, last I heard some were still doing a la Carte. Anthem is one of them, Last I heard.

Yes, you definitely can do this. We did this with our Son and his Fiance a couple months ago. When we did online check in we input their credit card info for onboard charges under their names as to keep that separate. We paid for their cruise but they were responsible to pay for whatever they bought onboard. We linked the reservations together so all 4 of us would have same table in dining room. Once onboard we didn't ask to switch names for cabins we simply got key cards. By doing this they ended up with welcome gift of waters and chocolate covered strawberries in their cabin.

No, you cannot do this with traditional dining. With traditional dining you assigned the same table every night. You could do my time dining, but there have been lots of issues with long lines for this option.

Unfortunately, this is a common problem with soot from smoke stacks.

If you are Diamond or higher you would get at least 24 hours for free. If you go to their computer area you would need to purchase internet pkg. If you decided to cancel you would have to ask the Voom desk if they would refund you. @Biker19can explain how you can get a couple minutes of free internet. I have never tried but hear it works.
