Booked 2 cruises on 2-1-23. Finally received corrected invoices on 2-16-23. This was after multiple calls by my TA. Her opinion is that the Crystal agents are inexperienced and do not know the Crystal product. Obviously it will take time

Thanks for the advice. My very competent TA has been dealing with this daily. At first spending hours holding in order to talk to Crystal reps. Last Friday even speaking with a supervisor while on a conference call with me. I thought, problem solved. Now my TA is just told that the invoice has been sent and she can’t be connected to a supervisor. Needless to say she is very frustrated as am I. We have anxiously awaited the relaunching of the New Crystal. Hopefully, we will finally be on the 2024 WC. Which we had originally booked on old Crystal. My TA will try again tomorrow.

We booked on 2-1-23 and received an invoice he same day. Unfortunately the Crystal Society discount was not included as well as the 500 ship board credit. Still waiting for the revised invoice. Eight days later, still no invoice. Repeated inquiries by my TA are met with “it has been sent” .At least for me not a great start with Crystal .

How long is it taking from time of booking until receipt of the invoice? thanks

We love sea days, we were on the 2018 WC. 39% sea days. 2024 WC 47% sea days. Give the fact that Crystal AK got into the game late. we are fine with this. we will enjoy every minute of the WC.

It must be based on port fees. Since mine is almost 6x that price per person . we booked 6 segments

Look on the bottom of your invoice.. It should say that the cruise fare is inclusive of xxx$ per person destination fee. all fare savings or benefits are calculated net of destination fees. so is that the brochure cruise fare or the cruise fare plus the calculated cruise fare plus destination fee. Yours seem high for a single cruise.

A year ago we were on Serenity’s last voyage. We disembarked on 1/30. We never thought we would see her again. Well here it is a year later and on Monday the 30th we will be seeing itineraries. To say we are excited is an understatement. What a wonderful world. Bags are packed

We were on Navigator last September . I asked the head som at embarkation lunch for the list and the it was in our cabin that evening. Don’t set your expectations too high. Enjoy the cruise.

Just curious, Why would any government deny a medication that is deemed necessary for your health. Or for that matter ,even care. Unless it is a controlled substance. As Brownie 54 stated, I have also taken several months worth of necessary medication on extended cruises. It’s nobody’s business .

We were on Navigator,NY to Montreal in September . It was our first Regent cruise.. On embarkation day while we were having lunch in La Veranda, we met the Head Sommelier. I asked if I could see the all inclusive wine list. That evening , the list was delivered to our cabin. On our previous cruise line which is currently in hiatus, I was always able to get the inclusive wine list on embarkation day. So I did not think that receiving it on the Regent cruise was unusual. Guess I was lucky.
