  1. That’s interesting because I have a cruise booked then
  2. So you are talking about a wharf at Lelepa to dock a ship. I don’t think we will see that for many years if at all . For a few ships ,6 months of the year it wouldn’t warrant the money. Maybe when Disney and Royal Caribbean merge it might happen.
  3. They have Quantum of the seas there now and have trouble filling it. I don’t think they would deploy a second ship in Brisbane. Sydney is the biggest selling departure port in Australia but is very congested.
  4. That’s a worry because Sydney is pretty well booked up for 24-25 and they won’t replace those bookings. Hopefully Royal is home porting a ship in Melbourne for that season. Auckland and Cairns is a possibility also.
  5. it’s been there all day ,so it looks that way mic
  6. Do you think Lelepa would be effected by bad weather? Havanna harbour is pretty well protected.
  7. We have a success! Quantum at Mystery Island today and Ovation due on Wednesday.
  8. When is Royal going to do some fly /cruise packages for us Ozzie’s. you know Singapore a few nights and a cruise? LA ,a few nights and Navigator down to Mexico ?
  9. To my knowledge a quantum has never been into Melbourne.
  10. The re education camps are nice that time of year
  11. You are the man. I would be booking it but I expected to be in the U.S.
  12. I will let @springaussiepost it because it was his find and it’s not official. But it looks like 2 cruises,12 nights each with a overnight in Hong Kong.
  13. A bit of a mistake there , Quantum class can’t get into Melbourne. My IPad seems to have a mind of its own lately. With Melbournes cross wind ,a narrow channel and the large wind shear of Quantum class .Its not suitable.
  14. Are you going to post that itinerary for spectrum doing Singapore to Tokyo this October ? I think there would be some very very interested people on this forum.
  15. Quantum can get into Melbourne, Voyager or Solstice is about the biggest.
  16. Maybe LNG ??? I believe Hong Kong cruise terminal now has ship LNG
  17. The Singapore run is a bit repetitive and short. Top tier would be a good revenue base and then there’s the Japanese market to tap into ,the 3rd largest economy. They could always Have a seasonal voyager class in Singapore. But looking at those itineraries only a couple aren’t Oasis capable, I think the Vietnam ones. Is there a container port they could use ? It might be a test run for a Oasis class? Utopia?
  18. I wonder if the Singapore to Tokyo will become a regular thing with interporting.
  19. It’s a mystery to all of us uncle Les , I think they are using it for a excuse ,because they aren’t welcome to mystery island. It’s a mystery like ,how a couple of cougars a couple of cruises back got my phone number and now are getting quite possessive.
  20. Yep ,South Hampton but what other ship ? I doubt they would down grade Singapore.
  21. There isn’t enough ports to support a Oasis class just yet so it would have to be a Quantum class. Unless it’s Ovation or Quantum (which I doubt) it would have to be Anthem.
  22. Have you ever tried emailing that Angie Stephens ? I have but she doesn’t answer. I was thinking because I’m in Australia.
  23. The world is trying to get back on its feet ,a shortage of everything especially skilled staff. In the big picture , I thought it was pretty trivial . We will get back.
  24. I don’t know if you have seen this article? Angie Stephen mentions oasis class to Singapore and even Icon! https://cruisepassenger.com.au/tips-advice/destinations/lines-like-celebrity-cruises-and-msc-return-to-asia-but-one-player-is-pulling-out-of-the-region/
