Yes (sort of). Do a B2B 3-night and 4-night to create your own. That's what we're doing next month and 2 stops at Cococay was one of the reasons.

There are 3 snack shacks. 1 is by the pool, 1 in the water park, and 1 by South Beach. If you google for a different map you'll find an old one with them shown. No idea why the app map doesn't show them. It's a different menu so "better" is a matter of opinion but we LOVE the chicken sandwiches, mozzarella sticks (combine for a chicken parm sandwich), and the funnel cakes there. Also, they are counter service not a buffet. Still no additional charge of course. Snorkeling is usually done from or near Chill Island.

People make them at home. Google "cruising ducks" and you'll find tons of info, templates, etc.

Cruisers bring them and hide them. Others find them and choose to either re-hide them or keep them as a souvenir.

Oh there are tons of posters who live right by PC. I know I don't have the shortest ride. Do you refuse to drive the extra (however long it takes) to Miami is the question.
