Ultimate Dining on the Oasis of the Seas - Tips?

Having been on these boards for many years I can tell you that answers coming from here from cruisers with experience will be better than any customer service rep from Royal. -
I knew he wasnโt a good chef when one of the charter guests asked what other options there were for breakfast besides the one main. He said none. No yacht chef in their right mind would only have one option or course for a guest. I understand why Bravo would of hired him since heโs a great antagonist but I do not understand how in world he was able to work on other yachts. He should be a fry cook at Dennyโs.

I have purchased the UDP on our upcoming Symphony cruise. It states that "For ships with these venues, Teppanyaki/Izumi Hibachi is included, with a $10 surcharge." According to the menu, you will be able to pick 1 small plate (starters), pick 2 of the large plates (covers Rolls, sashimi and bowls and 1 dessert. This is what I received with the 3 night dining pkg on Explorer this past November. All this for an extra $10 is not bad. I was very full with plenty to eat. I think you will be fine and will enjoy it very much. -
The Chef's Table is not included in the 3 restaurant package. You can book it onboard for a price. Usually I get it as a BOGO. You can make your reservations at any specialty restaurant that is open or has a manager on duty at the front desk of the restaurant.

I love that boat. Itโs older than โHomeโ on BD Med but I think itโs moe opulent. Oh you just wait heโs a real a$$. Me too I really enjoyed it even though I did not care for some of the crew. I really liked Capt. Jason. When I heard that I thought thereโs no way he should be a chef on a charter yacht. All chefs know their role. Itโs Almost as if they hired the guy on purpose to be an antagonist .

While I think it looks cool from the outside. I found it to be narrow and cold on the inside. Not a lot of warmth there. Happy 30th wished to your daughter. I love ice cream cake!! Lazy and a smoker. Such a turn off for me. At first I thought she looke kinda cool with that femme fatale assassin. But boy is she lazy. Sandy will not stand for that.

Iโve never had to wait in a long line to make my dinner reservations. Most of the restaurants will have someone to help you. Shows can be done via the app like Debbie said. Once on board. You would be paying full price if booked by the app. Now you could in theory and some have tried it, book by the app at full price at the day and time you want as a placeholder and then cancel and move your UDP to that reservation. You then would get OBC for the full price that you paid. I would not worry about making your reservations. It will go just fine. -

You should be able to go to any of specialty restaurants to make your reservations. There is usually someone at the entry stand that will make all your reservations. That's how I've done it in the past. Best advice is to plan ahead which restaurants and what nights you would like but also be a little flexible. -
As most of know I have a fascination in super yachts. I subscribe on You Tube to Jared Watney's channel. He is an incredible content provider and all his videos are top notch. He's worked on dozens of super yachts. The current one he's on is a jet motor yacht (think jet ski's) which I did not know they made. Apparently they can get into real shallow areas that other yachts can't. Check his video. I learned something new today.
