Do you have a Govt Representative you can contact for help with hour Passport in Canada? In the US many House of Reps have staff than can be of great help with Passport issues.... I'll echo this isn't Celebrity's problem, going up the "food chain" via email can't hurt...but I wouldn't expect a miracle.

I've sailed a good bit on Royal, Celebrity and NCL...I prefer Celebrity when the adults are cruising, NCL when the younger family is going, by younger I mean older teens. I doubt I'll be looking up any Royal ships anytime soon, their drink package has gotten out of hand.

Why not look for something this August 27th or so with NCL..it will basically basically be free...there are other destinations than Hawaii available to you.

I thought you recieved your money back and the 100% FCC..which is it? IF you received all initial moneys back and the 100% FCC, you certainly have gotten a "free cruise". There are many cruises that fit into that $$$ category, especially since you book insides. I understand your initial frustration, but try and see the big picture. Money back, another cruise credit..hopefully with a fully staffed ship that will be able to give you a proper cruise.

I have an NCL cruise booked this spring on the Joy. I would welcome this deal 2 months before sailing.

All bars included..I know that..Blu is assigned, but you can dine anywhere you choose, other than the Suite Restaurant. I dress in comfortable slacks, long khakis etc in the evening..ties/jackets not required unless you want to. Med cruises are usually more dressy than Caribbean, at least that is what I have been told..only Caribbean so far for me..

My advice, stop booking cruises and then cancelling. This won’t help with your refunds, it will keep you from going in deeper in the hole. Rule of holes. 🙂
