  2. We were on her in September and it was the worst I had ever seen on embarkation. To top it off everyone at the terminal got more upset when they handed out a flyer that we weren't going to Amber Cove, they should have waited a bit. Hope it is better for your tween! We were on her in May as well. We are parking at the port, I know parking is outside, we take the elevator down I think, do we have to go back outside to drop luggage or where do we go to drop luggage, (we are priority) Thank you!
  3. Only thing I would suggest is make sure it has wide mouth on it, no offense but I don't want a used water bottle neck pressed up to the water dispenser if I'm behind you unless you're filling it up in your cabin. They do sell them onboard for about $15, you have a souvenir and reuse it.
  4. I use the AARP cards for everything Cruise related, Paying for the cruise, excursions, water for the cabin, Specialty dining. cheers, shore excursions etc.
  5. Can you tell me more about this , we are traveling from ILG Wilmington DE? We will have 3 suitcases. I don't recall seeing them at the station. Thank You !
  6. We are leaving bum status in May, we are at 64 and taking an 11 day from New York.🤪 They'll probably change the program May 1st!

  11. We've used Mama a few times, Excellent! Did a private tour for my 60th with them and they went WAY above! Banners in the vans, Straw hats... Just my wife & I No worries, go for it! #1.
  12. I did cancel the FTTF (I printed those luggage tags just in case😁) The new luggage tags have "priority" on them. Thanks again all!
  13. It is that easy! We always ask for the same servers and the last cruise they gave us the same table each night! We eat when they open at 5:30 ish.
  14. Thank You and will cancel the FTTF, just wanted to make sure I would be Platinum before I went ahead and canceled. I agree on the FTTF now as well and cost, in the past it served us well when we could gain entrance to the cabin early for my wife and her health issue! Thanks again All!

  17. I purchased FTTF awhile ago. I turn Platinum on the 11th day of my 11 day cruise in May from NY. I've read and asked before and was told I won't need the FTTF as I should be Platinum from day 1. Before I cancel the FTTF I wanted to check again so I asked my PVP while I was emailing her about another question. --------------------------- Can you confirm I become Platinum on this cruise please? I bought FTTF awhile ago and don't think I need it anymore If I am becoming Platinum. You need 11 days to reach the next level. The cruise is 11 days. You will not be Platinum until you return. I questioned her (Thank You, I thought if we turned the next level on any day of the cruise it started from the first day.) and this we her second response. Yes. But you are debarking on the 11th day. I just checked with a Supervisor and she said you will get a Platinum card on that cruise, but the perks will not take effect until the next cruise. Does this make sense,??
  18. All you can do is call, be honest and ask them to check with a supervisor. I've done it before and had them switch with no cost and then charge me when I did it again.
  19. Don't tell my wife please, She brings our sheets & pillow cases from home. Cabin Stewards always comment how good it smells in the cabin. 😄 I would say yes!
