    NCL should kick one of them upgraders that bore you to death at the Bar. you paid full price.

    I totally agree, if someone handed me a note not in my native language with requests I would probably drop it in the bin on the way out. I can’t understand why someone would want to eat in their room, with a exclusive dining room next door…remember hijacking the butler possibly does someone else out of simple service, they are not exclusive…

    Just think they’re will be passengers who are upgraded in 2 bedroom Haven at much lower price, makes you wonder doesn’t it ? Common sense and loyalty doesn’t apply on NCL

    Remember the Butler and concierge are not exclusive to anyone. On our last cruise whilst waiting for tender with concierge, a family of 9 were shouting requests in front of everyone, disagreeing with times between them, the situation was audible to everyone, I have never witnessed more demanding ill mannered people

    The fact is NCL don’t care, I went on the Star a few years ago and the 8 floor had problems with toilets, fortunately a ex employee of mine was working in the salon, I explained to her the problems and her exact word’s were 8 floor it’s been like that for months?

    Personally the room steward got $20 and the butler $10. I paid everything up front with the package, it’s not my fault the butler & concierge doesn’t get a share.

    I sailed two weeks ago from Athens and it was a joke, I showed them a self administered test and they accepted it? I could have just typed the test number in say I was negative! anyway tested is finished August 1st

    The Wine selection is awful in the standard package and now Baileys is an upgrade 😢

    Im hearing not many of the crew don’t want to work on her, apparently the crew cabins are tiny and cramped.

    Keith in my paperwork in the aft penthouse suite it was all quoted at $20 a day, I only paid $16 from my original booking?

    At checkin at Athens I just showed them a text of the results of an British NHS test administered by myself, could have been anyone tested? Pink armband and yellow spot…

    Just of the NCL Jade, there was wine issues, but who’s supplying the beef? it couldn’t be cooked medium rare, it was chewy rubbish

    I always pay upfront on a balcony, then when I get upgraded to suite or haven they don’t go up, they stay at the original cost.

    Completely agree with the poster, NCL should show some discipline towards these people who think they have the right to ruin some else’s cruise. Unfortunately some NCL staff are to frightened to tell anyone off, and don’t get the support up the chain, imagine an officer’s meeting being conducted there, the speaker would be confiscated and checked for PAT testing?

    In the past I have won 3 upgrades, never one in the last week of cruising, in fact the first was 28 days before cruising.

    I have a special stock of PCR tests, because of nil immunity, I will test the day before, and antigen on the day.

    I agree completely, we are going to do our own Antigen tests the Saturday evening before we fly on Sunday, if they don’t accept them they can test us? Also I will take a few antigen tests to take before leaving ship to return home, the U.K. doesn’t require negative tests to fly from Athens to Birmingham.

    Went to afternoon tea with NCL booked a cruise whilst there with a PCC in USA….useless rang the Maltese and got transferred back to him.

    I’ve never read so much rubbish in my life…a tip is for exceptional service and not the norm? you pay upfront to NCL and enjoy yourself
