The MDR entrance for Any Time Dining is on Deck 2. (Sometimes if there is room, you may then be led to a table on Deck 3 which is for Fixed Dining. But you still enter on Deck 2.) Only 50% of the Deck 2 tables are available to be reserved. This can be done by going to one of the podiums for Specialty Dining on embarkation day. They are normally near the Pinnacle Dining Room on Deck 2 and on Deck 9 between the Lido Pool and the entrance to the Spa. You could also reserve by calling Dining Services once onboard or talking with the MDR maître d. Some cruises will allow you to book a time only for the next three nights, some for the entire cruise, some only for that evening.

Only the Pinnacle ships (Koningsdam, Nieuw Statendam, Rotterdam) have a separate Club Orange restaurant. On all others, there is a separate line to enter the MDR if you have Any Time dining.

We were in 7146 on the Rotterdam in 2022 and had no noise issues. There should be no noise from the elevators or from people in the elevator lobby. There are entrances to the lobby from both directions, so very few people will be walking past your door. Since 7144 is a connecting room, there may be sounds from 7142 if the occupants are noisy.

If you are in Signature Suite, any of the Signature Suites would be in your Meta Category - SS, SY, SZ. If you are in a Verandah stateroom, ANY Verandah would be in your Meta Category. And so on.

Just pizza and salad. There may be few desserts as well. On the Signature ships, the NY Pizza has Panna Cotta and Ricotta Bambolone in addition to pizzas and salads.
