Marc Walker, the BingBong cruise director, made a social media post about Mariner relocating and taking its first cruise from Galveston. Included was a photo of the Texas flag in the Promenade. Is this a thing for every cruise from Texas, or just for this one trip?
We just did a cruise with a lot of tender ports and the center seats - the ones that are on the same level as the door - were filled with people who had limited mobility, and a stack of walkers and wheelchairs. At some stops, it was quite interesting to see the crew help them on and off, but they are very good at it.
Thank you, that was my question. The original article I read says they were left with no documents, no money, no medications, nothing from their cabins.
STILL THERE.
This does not speak well of their IT department, at all.

It's STILL on their site! Starting at $577, quite the bargain.

My daughter's first cruise was when she was 13, back in the days of dressing for dinner and assigned tables for all three meals. She doesn't like 'weird' stuff, so the first night she asked for a kid's menu. Bless his heart, the waiter brought her a kid's menu and some crayons. She ordered from the adult menu and tried something new every night. 🙂
We arrived right after the new president was inaugurated, and people were a bit nervous. From the time between Puerto Madryn and Ushuaia, the rate changed dramatically. 😞
Thank you. So for check-in, which I have already done, that works. For any other option, like short excursions of checking my flights, it simply goes to a white screen and dies. 🙂
I hope they get it fixed soon.
