Thanks. How do you know when they have the 500/250 deal?

I was waiting about 2 hours the other day!

Whenever I have done it on the ship they have one sort of problem or another. Once they said it had no balance, once they couldn't get a connection. Do it while you are in port, but it seems to take awhile.

I thought they were all $250 for $500 credit? Can someone explain to me how they work? I can't get to that on their website.

There is no OBC offered on this cruise at this time so it's strange the amount would change

I would have added it myself but it said to call to add. There is no OBC offer at this time for the cruise, otherwise I would have thought that was the issue. No one at Princess can see what happened

I had to call to add it. It doesn't make sense that the obc would be reduced from $75 to $50pp. Nothing was changed besides the addition of princess plus

I actually made aa 11:50 am flight on an NCL cruise in October (they booked me, I would not have done anything before 1pm)

I added Princess plus to a reservation I am about to make final payment on & noticed that our "obc promotion" was reduced by $25 pp. I can't be sure that it was done after adding Plus, but I don't know how that would affect any OBC or anything regarding reservation. I have proof of higher OBC on my final payment email but they say they have to "look into it". Has this happened to anyone else?

I believe you can, just make sure your shore excursion credit is properly credited

hello. just talked to ncl and was told any unused purchased obc will not be refunded. Can't really believe that. Anyone know different?

My husband's showed up today & I'm leaving on a cruise next week. If I buy $1000 obc & don't use it all, what happens? Is it refunded to card on file (not my Amex)?

I think you can do it in several charges, at least you can on other cruise lines

Yeah, I know what I'm getting & it isn't much but Paris is not a city that I' m interested in so a quick overview will suffice. Unless it really grabs me I'll never make an effort to return. Would be nice to map something out since I will be on my own

Hello, I will be doing Paris on your own (only tour available to me) & am wondering where they drop you off. There is such a short time there I want to plan ahead to see as much as I can in 3 hours.

They sent us an email. It came 5 days before the cruise

If she's sailing solo, lots of time there is no solo supplement which is a huge deal.

I'm on the Regatta, going up the coast of Ca so verandah may be chilly. Since cruise is next week we won't be able to take advantage of early dining reservations. Laundry and pressing isn't something we would use if it took 3 days to get back, so all in all, I'm happy.
