    Yes, this happened to me too. They kept saying "you'll get the OBC on the next cruise". Never got it nor the people I referred. To be honest, I don't know if they did everything right on their part

    My husband & I do all the time when we don't have the plus. We switch between our two phones. At least we did last year.

    Ok, thanks. We are doing a 4 day - still isn't clear as to how many we get on that. I'm wondering if I go in alone & order & my husband comes in after I get served if they can try to charge him!

    OK, that's what I thought the difference was. I really don't understand why they offer just the drink package at a higher price than the combined package

    The first time I used it, it was a pain. Second time I just went in & entered booking #. My OBC was applied within an hour.

    Interesting. My friend was told there had to be one parent in each room. I'm wondering though, if getting the plus for the father (who drinks) & son, & the 2 girls don't get the package. The father could upgrade to 4 internet devices, correct?

    I've downloaded the new app but cannot find anywhere to put in a new cruise. Where can I do that? My Cruise that I had entered on the old app had everything transfer over.

    I have a cruise coming up in 2 weeks. Have set everything up on the old app. I booked another cruise in 2 months. I try to put my new booking in & it says "no booking number found". Do I have to download the new app to enter it? Will my booking in 2 weeks retain all the info I have already put in - I'm green lane if I do?

    What about this scenario, mt friends have 2 kids so have to book one adult in each room, then change arrangements once onboard ( kids are 17 & 15). One they have the 2 adults registered to one room can they get the Plus package for that room only?

    I agree with both of these statements. The only time I had a room with beds that came out from the wall I hit my shoulder every time I walked to the bed. Luckily it was just after covid & they gave us another room. i really want that balcony but I am afraid of the extra beds & the connecting rooms which I have heard are a nightmare sometimes

    I am concerned about connecting cabin but would love the bigger balcony. I believe the carribe balconies are larger anyway?

    Ok. Totally makes sense that it's a connecting door. Their website had a different symbol for connecting rooms. I did email the site & they confirmed that they would add the description on their site. Thanks everyone - and for the picture of the extra beds.

    Does anyone know what the symbol between c742 and 738 on sapphire princess? Also, it says the red dot means 3/4 berth. How does that affect moving around the cabin?
