Unfortunately I can’t purchase Cheers. My husband doesn’t drink at all. Both people in the room have to purchase Cheers. Now I can probably drink enough for 2 but I don’t think getting Cheers for both of us will be cost effective. So I will have to pay by the drink. I’m sure I will run out of OBC by day 2.

We are doing that same cruise on Thanksgiving week. What week are you going?

My homeport is Galveston and I think I have been to just about everywhere possible from there. I wish that there were longer cruises from Galveston so I could explore more places without having to fly. I cruise mainly for destinations, not ships. I despise flying. I keep telling my husband that we should move to Florida so we could drive to all their cruise ports. Maybe some day.

Sorry about missing your flight Greg. My son had a problem flying from Alberta through Toronto to get to NY a few months ago. By the time his plane landed in Toronto around 8:00 PM Customs was closed. He was told too bad - he missed his flight but somehow got Air Canada to pay for a hotel room for the night. He was able to get the first flight out the next morning but he was really pissed. He said never again on Air Canada or through Toronto.
