  1. Dallas guy is correct. If I put in 3 people, a lot more cabins show up. I called TA and she was able to book a 3 person room for the two of us.
  2. We stay at the Holiday Inn Express on 17th and always walk to terminal two. It is a less than a10 min walk with sidewalks the whole way.
  3. Still my go to hotel. They have renovated and added new rooms. Maybe we have always been lucky, but we’ve never had an issue.
  4. We do our own laundry with free tokens from Guest Services. Then I send out hubby’s shirts to be ironed. I mark with starch and they always come back very nice.
  5. Don’t forget. Belgium invented the French Fry. For us, it’s a must do while there.
  6. Check out he PORT section on Cruise Critic. Also check out your roll call. Sometimes others cruisers already have private excursions booked.

  9. Sorry I didn’t clarify. We walk to Terminal 2 which is where most Princess ships are.
  10. Absolutely. It’s no more than a 10 min walk on sidewalks the whole way.
  11. I would definitely book sooner rather than later. We’re also cruising at that time and booked Southwest as soon as the dates became available.
  12. Stayed there in February using points. Close to Publix and Total Wine. Also, we love being able to walk to the port.
  13. We always stay at the Holiday Inn you mentioned. Very walkable to Publix and Total Wine. Best part for us, it’s a short walk to the port.
  14. If you book this privately through Phillips Cruises, the 26 Glaciers cruise is $189.00 per person. It is the same boat that Princess uses. We did it and it was definitely worth it.

  16. We love the Holiday Inn Express on 17th street. Updated room, close to grocery store, and Total Wine. Also, a very easy walk to the port.
  17. We always stay at the Holiday Inn Express 17th street. Everything is walkable including the port. Grocery stores, Total Wine, Walgreens, Starbucks, and restaurants. We always walk to the port. Very easy to do.
  18. I got free ocean views on both Carnival and Holland with casino play.

  20. On Dec 1, we had an 11:15 am flight out of LAX. Used Princess transfers and got there a couple of hours early.
  21. On the Sapphire currently and they are giving Elites laundry tokens freely at the front desk.
  22. We just did bus transfer on Oct 30. It was wonderful. Gave Princess our luggage and didn’t see it again until it was at our cabin
  23. We set a time for our taxi to return.
