I bought one of those plastic watch strap types and had no problem at all with it.

Was Green on Saturday, went to Yellow on Sunday then back to Green this morning and now when I log onto the app it's reverted to Yellow again. Talk about traffic lights

Yes, getting exactly the same, yesterday it showing the Green Lane as normal, now today it has gone to Yellow. Who knows what tomorrow might bring!!

Had the same problem yesterday, been trying to make the final payment for 2 days, finally as a last ditch measure decided to phone Princess, who much to my amazement answered within 10 minutes and was given the option of paying over the phone, within 10 minutes payment had been made and received the confirmatory email

I now have to take back a lot of what I have said in the above post. Tried to phone again this morning (Saturday) and got an answer with 15 minutes, told the person on the line about the problem I was getting regarding paying for my son and his partner, she said that this is technical problem at the moment and was still being worked on to try and sort it out. The person (an extremely helpful lady called Katy) asked if I would like to book and pay over the phone, which I did, and seemed to go smoothly and within 30 minutes of me first calling it was all booked and had received the confirmatory email

I must admit that I have found the Customer Service to be extremely poor this time around, still waiting for a reply to my email I sent about 3 weeks ago, cannot get any reply on the phone. My sister had problems with paying last week and she also could get no replies, now today I am trying to book a cruise for my son and his partner, I can enter all their details but when it comes to the payment part that particular web page just hangs and says loading, I have now tried since early this afternoon without success.

After having a great week in September on the Regal we are considering a family cruise next year with Princess. One of our sons is a vegan and on our last cruise could not find any vegan options on any of the menus, does anybody have any experience of vegan food on Princess ships or are aware if vegan options are possible. We would be very grateful for any information. Thank you
