Shops, parks, or do you have to take a taxi to get to the town. Some ports there is nothing but the cruise ships terminal and store.

TY!! We have walked around NYC a few times. Last summer we saw Battery Park and my Favorite, The wall street Bull. LOL It may be a little chilly in Dec. to enjoy a long walk. On a Wed. morning in rush hour, do you have any Idea how long it would take to get to the Manhattan Terminal?

Price wise early December, is it better to stay at the hotels near LGA or just taxi into 48th street area near the pier? We are not looking to site see the day before the cruise.

Any thoughts on Holiday Inn Express vs Comfort Inn on 48th st for the night? Comfort Inn is about 14,000 Pts cheaper.

The $210 savings is just to get to Quebec. We would still have to book flights from from NYC to home,which would be another $547.

Am I understanding you correctly? You paid a cab $25 to go from Montreal to the port.

With some of the crazy stories about NCL Air has anyone used NCL? We are going Sept. 2024 from Cleveland, OH. The price is about $540 round trip for Passenger #1. Just to fly to Quebec is over $750 for the 2 of us. Should I take the chance?

Exactly!! It would of shown their customers that they are trying. Not taking those millions of dollars in bonus, would of been a great way to prove that. Instead they took their bonus and we pay for it !!

I don't care who it is for. They are charging me more to clean my room, and giving me less. By the way, there is no staff shortage. They can get all the help they need from the different islands. The problem is NCL is hurting for money and taking it out on us. Just take a look at their last 6 quarterlies, and you will see why they are down to one steward, doing more rooms. It is not a staff shortage, but a revenue shortage!!
