  1. Fill out the Guest Special Needs Form and send to special_needs@celebrity.com. Get the equipment pre-approved then there shouldn't be a problem bringing it on board.
  2. Fifth time is a charm, I finally got all the way through the Webinar and took a screen shot of the "Thank you! The Webinar has ended" page. I have two Celebrity cruises booked in the next several months after which I'll make Elite status. I don't think I'll ever make Elite Plus much less Zenith since I'm starting to branch out to other cruise lines (2 x on Virgin Voyages, a Norwegian costal on Havilla Voyages and a Panama Canal cruise on Windstar) so the points earned won't make much difference.
  3. I too had it freeze on me three times yesterday. I'm going to try again today using my iPad instead of my computer. Hopefully it plays all the way through this time.
  4. On Edge class ships Le Grand Bistro and Raw on Five are open for lunch daily unless they are closed for maintenance. Fine Cut Steakhouse and/or Rooftop Garden Grill may be open for lunch if your cruise has a large number of sea days such as on a 13 night transatlantic crossing. (Fine Cut was open for lunch 4 sea days on the spring `24 transatlantic crossing) I'm not sure you can use one of your five dining slots for lunch but if you can it would count against the total just like a dinner. I purchased the Unlimited Specialty Dining package for my Apex transatlantic because it includes 9 sea days and 12 nights.
  5. I was responding the question about the Unlimited Specialty Dining package which includes lunches on sea days, not a five night Specialty Dining Package which has different restrictions.
  6. I've also had problems with excursion for the last day or two. It'll get fixed eventually.
  7. The headliner shows in The Theatre are either 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm or 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm. I've seen either set of times. Caravan will usually be done once a cruise in The Club at 8:45 pm and 10:30 pm. The Eden cast will do "Night of" shows nights in Eden at 10:45 pm. The Comedian will usually do a late night 18+ show in the Theatre at 10:30 pm or 11:00 pm. The final schedule won't post until a few days before your cruise.
  8. Unlimited Specialty Dining only includes lunch on sea days, no sea days, no free lunch.
  9. This is the applicable section of the Cruise Contract: So it looks like it depends on the length of the cruise and whether you're going to the Galápagos Islands.
  10. I think all my Celebrity cruise required final payment 90 days prior to the cruise. (unless I booked after 90 days prior in which case payment in full was due upon booking the cruise.)
  11. I bought the Premium Access package for an upcoming cruise but did so because I booked cruise-only and needed WiFi and the Premium Access package (which includes Premium WiFi for two devices) was priced lower than Basic WiFi for one device, go figure. I was already in a Concierge Stateroom so the Embarkation lunch for me was not a factor.
  12. You can also add Premium Access purchasers to the list.
  13. Yes, I booked the Premium Beverage package for $47.99 per day plus gratuity. That's the price to aim for. The current regular price is $109 per day (before gratuities) although it's frequently discounted to around $80 per day(before gratuities).
  14. Where does the 30 item/20 item when water restrictions rule come from? The laundry flyers I've seen say "Pack as much laundry as you can fit into one Celebrity Laundry bag, as long as it closes for wash, dry and fold."
  15. The advertised sales are just a marketing gimmick. There are some really good deals out there but you have to look for them and book them when you find them. A good resource is CruisePlum.com. You can filter by Celebrity then have it sort by Price per day. Most of the cheapest deals are Transatlantic/repositioning cruises but you can find some other cheap itineraries here and there. They also have a price chart feature you can see the past prices for that particular cruise. On my next two cruises I booked at the cheapest or second cheapest price X has offered on that itinerary. It just takes a little bit of work, either by you or your travel agent. Good Luck and Bon Voyage
  16. I think the reserved seating in The Theatre is only done on Evening Chic nights when they set aside a section for Retreat guests and Premium Access holder are also allowed in that section.
  17. Since I booked cruise-only and don't get any free WiFi with my Captain's Club Select status, I thought I would take advantage of the current sale since Premium Access was cheaper than Basic WiFi for one device only. I'm booked Concierge so I already have access to embarkation lunch in the MDR. It will be nice to have complimentary room service for breakfast or lunch on my balcony on a sea day ( I have 6 sea days on this cruise ). Since I'm traveling solo I only had to pay for one pass. I don't care about the other benefits of Premium Access. Overall, it seemed worth it to me.
  18. I missed a port call on my most recent cruise due to weather making tendering unsafe. I got $1.13 refunded back to my shipboard account. I spent way more than that on additional tips to the bartenders.
  19. On Reflection the Ensemble Lounge is usually quiet during the day and the library is also quiet.
  20. I'll defer to @cruisestitch for the final answer but it's my understanding that Silhouette has been revolutionized and that additional USB-A sockets were added at that time.
  21. I've had good experiences with Westjet whereas I thought Flair Airlines and Air Canada were both subpar. Oh well, to each his (or her) own.
  22. I just went on a short trip to Yosemite NP and came back with Covid (around the same time Anthony Fauci got it a third time). It's not just cruise ships or flights, you can get it anywhere. If you don't want to get it then never leave your house, not even to buy groceries. I just got a mild case and was feeling fine within 72 hours. I previously had it twice in 2021 right after getting vaccinated and double boosted so I don't have any confidence in the so called "vaccines." Just live your life and don't worry about it.
  23. The "Sunset Suite" that earns 12 points per night is on certain Millennium class ships. It's essentially two cabins side by side with one converted into a Living Room Dining Room and the other cabin is the Master Bedroom.
