  1. If it's not too much trouble could you post the Daily Planners either during or after the cruise. Thanks in advance
  2. No, it will be extended or a similar promo will replace this sale.
  3. I sailed on Reflection in December and ate in all the specialty restaurants. I really enjoyed Tuscan Grille the best. I went late and had a window table overlooking the wake. It was dark out but it was still relaxing and enjoyable. I started with the crab cakes which I really enjoyed. The timing of the service was very good, no excessive waits but not rushed either. I ate at Murano the first night but was so exhausted from the excitement (and drinking) of the first day that I don't think I enjoyed it as much as I normally would have. I got the venison and it was just ok. The appetizers were good and the Grand Marnier soufflé was very good. I ate at the Porch for lunch on a sea day. It was very relaxing and the food was good but not amazing. I ate at Lawn Club Grille for a sunset dinner as we were sailing away from Cancun. The food was okay, nothing memorable but no complaints. The atmosphere was really nice. I also ate embarkation lunch at Sushi on Five. Much more relaxing than fighting the crowds in the buffet. I ate at Le Petit Chef the last night of the cruise. I enjoyed the animations more than I thought I would but I'm not in a hurry to go back anytime soon. Check the menus before reserving as they vary from day to day.
  4. I booked Unlimited Specialty Dining for my upcoming transatlantic. I was worried about the popular restaurants being sold out but I'm hoping that Eden's ridiculous $85 per person cover charge lessens the demand for it. I'm also planning on being flexible with timing and willing to eat late or early if necessary.

  6. I've done the math and have chosen not to buy a package for my upcoming cruise which I booked cruise-only. I travel solo and the All Included price for solo passengers is just ridiculous. By charging my drinks I also keep better track of what I'm drinking. In the past when I buy a package I feel I have to maximize the value of the package and that's not good for me. I'll drink heavily for a day or two then stop drinking for a couple days so I'm not getting value from it.
  7. I booked (deposit posted to my credit card and the cruise showing confirmed on Celebrity's website) this but normally I travel solo. In order to get the price you had to book as two people so my confirmation lists my name and TBD for the second person. I'm curious what happens if I never name a second person, will I then get double the Captain's Club points, I assume they'll refund the second port fees and taxes. Who knows, I have almost twenty months until the cruise, maybe I'll find someone I want to take on the cruise with me.
  8. Looks like they updated the prices to what would normally be charged. Fingers crossed they honor my booked price.
  9. I think I just booked this. I received a Booking Confirmation and my credit card is showing my deposit payment as pending. If this was a mistake fare then they better offer me some FCC if they cancel me.
  10. The App is still showing a charge for room service for my upcoming Summit cruise in one month. Has there been any official announcement they are eliminating the charge?
  11. On my 6 night West Coast cruise they only offer 3 Nights or Unlimited Nights Packages. On my 12 night transatlantic they only offer 5 nights or Unlimited nights Packages. You can also book Specialty Dining reservation one at a time.
  12. They have one bogus sale after another. If you see a cruise you like, book it now.
  13. Le Petit Chef and Le Grand Bistro are the same venues with different names depending on if it’s lunch or dinner.
  14. Don't forget, you're allowed to carry on as much non-alcoholic drinks as you can carry at embarkation. If you really like lemon San Pellegrino you can purchase a couple of six packs in Rome (assuming they sell it there) to bring with you when you board then you'll know you have what you want. (And its cheaper that way)
  15. Don't complain or they'll start marketing them as Sunrise Verandas.
  16. I booked the Unlimited Specialty Dining for my Apex transatlantic crossing in the Fall. Did you have any problems getting reservation once on the ship in the popular venues such as Le Voyage or Eden at a time you actually wanted to each at? I'm a little worried that I'm going to be told that Eden is sold out except for 9:30 pm on a night I want to do something else. I know this is a risk I took when booking the package but the discounted price at the time seemed too good to pass up.
  17. The three Celebrity Production shows are "Arte", "Elements" and "Stage Door" by the main production cast. They have a second cast who does shows in Eden usually around 10:30 PM some nights (singers, dancers, gymnast/acrobats). The Eden team also does a show in The Club called "Jazz Joint" which I thought was the best show of the cruise. The venue is smaller and there is some interaction with the guests as the cast moves throughout The Club. Get there early if you want a good seat. The order of shows varies from cruise to cruise so check your daily planner. The schedule doesn't firm up until a week or two before your cruise. This also makes dining reservations much more uncertain if you want to schedule around shows. They seem to feature a comedian the first night pretty regularly. The comedian also does a late night Adults Only (18+) show at 10:30 some other night. They fill out the rest of the schedule with guest headliners (singers, musicians, magicians) which varies week to week. On a ten night cruise there will probably be two or three Evening Chic nights where people dress a little fancier but the dress code is so loose you might not notice.
  18. These were the hours on Beyond. I think the other e class ships should be similar.
  19. I sailed on Summit about two years ago and am sailing on her again in about 6 weeks. I enjoyed the ship in April 2022 but it wasn't sailing full since we were just coming out of the COVID restrictions. The ship is nice; my biggest complaint is the lack of specialty restaurants, only three, Sushi on Five, Le Petit Chef and Tuscan Grille. I just saw the Le Petit Chef show a few months ago on Reflection and don't have any interest in doing it again anytime soon. Sushi on Five is fine for lunch. That leaves just one alternative, Tuscan Grille. Since you're sailing Aqua and eating in Blu that might not be as big a deal for you.
  20. I'm on Summit's LA to Vancouver coastal cruise. I booked my return flight for 10:25 am. I figure I'll self-disembark at first opportunity (7:00 am – 7:30 am), jump on the Skytrain and should be at the airport terminal before 8:30 am. I only have a small carry-on bag, no checked luggage so I figure I should be Ok. If you can self-disembark, you should be fine. If you have a lot of luggage and need help with it you might want to see what else is available.
  21. Sorry, No. I was tracking before my cruise. Once I took my cruise I stopped tracking the Beyond shows.
  22. I got my point but I need more opportunities to earn PUPs. Making Zenith by booking inside cabins is tough. 😀
  23. I ate there in January 2023 and there's no way I'd pay $125 per person for that meal. I think I paid $67.99 per person plus gratuity. It was a decent meal but not worth $125+
