Thank you so much for this review. We will be boarding Sep 7th and returning to Quebec. We can avoid the Boston nightmares. I looked at the deck plans and I can't find 1111. Did any of the venues have room for dancing?

Does HAL allow passengers to roll their own luggage onboard? We're trying to avoid the damage caused by shore and staff handlers.

My card won't process. Server Busy, wrong address, try another card messages. I booked our cruise yesterday. I was offered the 50% off but the computer won't process the purchase of the "cart" Called HAL and 30 minutes later was told that the T/A has to process it.
