  1. It's hard to justify that plus package if you don't drink alcohol. Possibly one of the other packages might be better suited since you're eliminating one of the most costly parts.
  2. That is very true but that one thing that is certain is Princess's enforcement of their dress code or lack of it, lately.
  3. I don't have the Plus package, yet. Maybe. We're still considering it. I didn't see anything about ice cream sandwiches or milk shakes in their package.
  4. Wasn't there a package at one time that included ice cream sandwiches and milk shakes at Coffee & Cones on the Ruby Princess?
  5. It sound like a fun evening.
  6. The menu's on the Sky I've been reading have been less than impressive compared to any of the other ships. Formal or casual evenings.
  7. That must have been recently. I've never experienced a separate line based upon blue and green.
  8. My wife doesn't drink soda so can I buy the Classic soda package for only one person?
  9. That's the one. Do you know if it would it be included in the mocktail selections?
  10. Thanks, my eye's aren't what they used to be. I thought they might have a chocolate banana. Guess not. 😥
  11. Thanks, but I still can't see the different types of mocktails they make. I'll keep looking.
  12. Does anyone have a recent mocktail menu for the Princess ships?
  13. Has anyone mentioned if there was a most travelled luncheon? I suppose with that many elites aboard, the chance of getting an invite must be harder than most cruises.
  14. I just looked over my old patters from our last Caribbean cruise in Feb. and they didn't once mention anything about removing food from the ship. It does seem a little strange that they don't at least provide any warning to the passengers.
  15. Only at the airport. I have never seen than at any of the cruise ports in either fort Lauderdale or Miami. Next time try some wheat cereal. The wild donkeys will take it without question.
  16. At least if the poster was trying to influence someone to dress up they might use a more current photo. This shot was from years ago. Today thy don't even have a sign at the DR doors any longer and leave it up to individuals to select their own style of clothing. To answer the original question, yes - Alaska is usually less formal since people usually bring heaver sweaters & rain gear which limits the amount of space dedicated for formal clothing.
  17. I can't say for Galveston but no one seemed to care out of Ft. Lauderdale.
  18. I'm still debating on removing it for next Dec. 😑
  19. So you're having your TA remove the Plus package, I assume? We're most likely going to do the same for our next cruise & just purchase what we want. We're just getting a little tired of trying to drink our money's worth since we don't drink all that much at home, it becomes quite the challenge on vacation.
  20. We would never pay extra for the privilege of having a special face on a medallion but if it's important to you then go right ahead. They all work the same way which is the most important point.
  21. Perhaps they would like to know the reality of what's actually happening on the ships today and not what printed in the literature, which we all know isn't a true picture. Anyone can go to the Princess web site & read the official info for themselves, but comments from recent cruisers is worth so much more.
  22. In that case, of course enjoy the benefit of the coupon. Most people just seem to pass them by unlike the old coupon books that actually offered something of value.
  23. I've never seen such a bunch of watered down coupons in my life. Everything they try you to cash in on, involves something to make you spend more money.
  24. Correct. $25 for 21 –31 cruise credits $50 for 32–41 cruise credits $75 for 42–51 cruise credits $100 for 52+ cruise credits
