  1. My experience has been that it depends on the individual Future Cruise Consultants. All of the were able to add CO if is available. Some will then e-mail the ship inventory group to get your specific cabin upgrade. Some claim they are not permitted to help get the CO upgrade applied.

  4. If the vape has an order that exists in the cabin after you leave, that's a problem.
  5. Getting the points is the only way you will ever make it to Elite Plus and you know how valuable that can be.
  6. The value of informing someone that I'm "ELITE PLUS" is priceless.

  9. How does the Costa Concordia compare to the Noordam? I'd be happy if my cruise line doesn't follow any lead from Costa.
  10. That may be a tougher sell. It's been my experience that HAL sticks to a one-time cabin assignment as an upgrade.
  11. Why not Friday? BTW, Monday is a Federal Holiday in the US with many companies not working on Monday.
  12. This would be my argument. I would hope the CC hosts would upgrade you for the remainder of the cruise. This seems like a cheap goodwill gesture.

  14. Now you have me thinking. Was there a professional photographer at the top of the castle? I know you can take your own picture. At least that was the case pre-Covid.
  15. I guess that's why HAL gives you OBC. I can't think of a better way to spend OBC.
  16. I agree with @wrk2cruise. This is your TA's problem. Ask your TA to call you when he/she fixes it.
