  1. On an 11 day on Constellation in Feb, we ended up with extra sea days due to several ports not yet open after Covid. They offered LPC twice for lunch at (I believe) $25. Others confirmed that it was the same menu and portion as they had enjoyed on the dinner option. Worth checking your newspaper on sea days, I found it by accident trying to burn up some OBC. The "and friends" version is quite fun, there are 4 chefs and they have a little competition.
  2. This is what I did last month when I tested positive the day I arrived home from Equinox. Started to feel crummy the last day, but tested negative. I brought my own test. 24 hours later, I tested positive. I agree, the info will go nowhere, but I mentioned it on the survey since they asked about Healthy Cruising communication information (or some similar wording). I said something to the effect that, since you asked, nowhere did I see or hear recommendations about social distancing, hygiene, etc. I let them know my test results. I get that we are all tired of hearing about it all, but since I got Covid after vax, boost, and 6 healthy cruises, it is clearly not gone away. Mild case, BTW, I have come home from cruises with a much worse URI. Grateful for all the jabs.
  3. I am a convert to the soft sided ones - more compression bags than "cubes". They seem to hold endless stuff. I like the organization, but I do unpack them into drawers or closet when I board. I really like using them for packing to go home. I sort the used stuff into the appropriate wash load (i.e. all swimwear and other delicates into one bag) , and once home, dump each bag into a pile in my laundry room to be dealt with as I get time. I got a couple different sets on QVC - watch for sales. Amazon has quite a few options as well.
  4. I'm not the OP, but I'm also a fan of Beach Limerz. Menu is listed on their website, prices are about average, what you would expect. It's first and foremost a restaurant, so the food is excellent, as are the rum punches. Chairs are included in the daypass, and I believe there will be a discount on food. Owner Gail will explain it all if you send an inquiry. I don't remember water toys, it's a pretty quiet, laid back place, not a party atmosphere like that. https://www.beachlimerz.com/
  5. Exactly. Here are a Celebrity (RC) and Princess tag in the same holder. Get the bigger one.
  6. Speculation on the Princess board is August, but it varies. You could always go to their web site and sign up for emails, they'll announce once the new itineraries are open for booking. Or follow on Insta or FB, if you prefer social media. As an aside, I've been on all 3 of those ships, and the 2 Celebrity ones are bigger, newer, and offer more to do, tho the Caribbean Princess is a nice, older ship. I am booked 24 days on her next winter. Good luck finding something - I enjoyed cruising in May this year, the ports were much less crowded than mid winter, but the weather was not perfect, as it's getting closer to the rainy season.
  7. Most ships head to either Europe, Alaska, or the Med for summer. Celebrity Silhouette and Equinox are in the Caribbean this summer, and Caribbean Princess will be there in 2023, including May. I was on the Equinox in May of this year, so perhaps its a long term posting.
  8. I'm sure the are equipped to handle multiple ships, but can anyone speak to having experienced it? Found out our upcoming Harmony cruise will be sharing with Indy that day. I admit to being a bit spoiled after 4 post Covid cruises, all with low occupancy. Not looking forward to the inevitable return of crowds. Thanks
