More info: Cancellations occurred 15 days ago. Offshore group said they can see the cancellations. Just don’t know how or when the refunds happen 🤦🏼‍♀️ . TIA for any info

Hi, Princess cruisers, Recently took advantage of drop and go low fare for a cruise on February 5. . Naturally, only a few excursion# remained open, so I booked what I could. As spots became open on tours I had on my wish list, I canceled booked tours on the Princess website . Then purchased tours I preferred. Canceled 4, plus a debarkation tour/transfer. i never received email confirmation of the cancellations. Is this normal on Princess? When should I expect to see refunds? I assume like other lines, the refund should automatically be refunded to original form of payment? I’ve cruised Princess in the past, but this is the first time I’ve dealt with purchased items that I have canceled pre-cruise. I tried offshore center customer service, but didn’t get any advice. thanks for any info,

The dogs did not like the noise of the fireworks, and cuddled (hid) under blankets last night. They woke me bright and early at 4:30 this morning - I sure hope that is NOT their 2024 Resolution 😂. I love the idea of air fryer sweet potatoes @0106, and will definitely try them this week. I like to cut them open, andsprinkle a little brown sugar and cinnamon inside. Yum! I closed out 2023 by booking a drop and go cruise on Sapphire Princess in February - 14 day Cape Horn and Strait of Magellan. Couldn’t pass up a cheap solo fare on this cruise. @0106, while you are in Drake Passage for the Super Bowl, I’ll be at Port Stanley, Falkland Islands, hopefully being enchanted by penguins ! I’m so excited! Hope the weather cooperates . Love all the port photos and stories today. Hugs to all. p.s. after I booked, I logged in to my account and saw - your cruise departs in 35 days. What! I need to get busy planning excursions 😂. my inside room is next to one of the the passenger laundry rooms. I am challenging myself to use a carry on and backpack only. And using laundry room. Layers are key - 80s in Buena Aires and Santiago, and 30s to 40s down south. 14 days, plus 2 overnight flights from/to Houston. What do you think - doable?

Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays to all on the Daily thread! Christmas Eve family celebration was at lunch yesterday, around a big pot of SE Texas Gumbo, potato salad and more desserts than anyone could count. Love our extended family Christmas get togethers! The early get together helped, as I was still able to make Christmas Eve candlelight service at my church after the drive home. What a wonderful feeling it was to sing Christmas carols among candle 🕯 light, and the pews filled with families. Wishing healing for those in physical pain, or missing loved ones, including our furry family members. @HAL Sailer, I shed tears myself reading your comment about next year. Continue to soak in all the memories you can. I wish there was a way to send a hug through the Daily to you. @ger_77 , a wonderful Birthday to you ! thank you all for sharing your Day, your family photos, your tables and meals. I’ve been reading, but haven’t posted in awhile, I just finished reading Yesterday’s Daily, and was so excited to see the darling photos of our thread’s Miracle Baby! She’s precious! prayers for all with pain, illness, or troubles, and wish good health, wealth, and smiles for all. Sandy, hope the news comes soon! I think many of us have an idea what it may be about. I think I’ll put up the Christmas 🎄tree today. My outside roof lights have been up since early last month. Before Thanksgiving (please don’t judge me 😂) . I can’t help it - the man who puts them up for me each year has so many customers, that the latest he could fit me in was the first week in November. Since them, I am permanently on his calendar for that week. My neighbors don’t seem to mind, and happily start their own decorating after mine go on. Have a blessed day, everyone!
