Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. My bid was accepted last night, yay! However, I'm in a connecting cabin. I was a bit disappointed at first but I knew that was the risk and am now okay with it. We are a family of 4 (2 children - 12&10) 16 nights - Hawaii Accepted - 59 days out Original cabin- Forward IE New cabin - Mid Forward BB Starting balcony bid - $680 CAD/PP, I bid $725/PP Main traveler - Gold, Myself & children - blue (1st timers) We have premier package and 3 & 4th free when I booked in Aug If I booked outright today would be approx $15k, with my bid acceptance I'm paying $10k. Seems good to me.
  2. I tried the chat today, no answer. I called, from dialing to hanging up took less than 10 min. Phone number updated and email changed. Just pressed option #2 (existing customer with a reservation?) and held for an agent. Information was updated, said will take 72 hours to show but it was immediate when I logged in.
  3. Yes, we had the same issue. Told we were next but we kept getting "are you still there?" For another 20. We ended it and called, call was answered immediately. Chat was a waste of 40 min, never again.
  4. I have a question and I can't find an answer, I'm hoping someone can help. Bidding opened up for my cruise in Apr. I signed into my account and placed a bid. It listed "travelers", when I got to the submit bid page, it then listed the other person as the main person on the bid. I entered my email, name and credit card info anyways, as I am the other listed traveler. The confirmation bid email came to me, "Hi, (other name)" and so on. Will the bid still be processed if he is, I guess listed as the "main" traveler? Basically his name on the "bill/ order", my name on the credit card info. Just wondering if it's fine or we should cancel and have him enter his card. Thanks
  5. My cruise leaves in April and also says the same. I'm assuming its just a standard thing for right now until the 2024 Cruise Port schedule is released. I think once that's been released they will have official/updated times. Either way, I definitely plan on arriving earlier.
  6. Walked into DT Vancouver office 9:15am on Sept 25 for renewal, was out before noon. I counted at least 10 rows of 12 seats, so at least 100 ahead of me. Received in mail today. New stock. Mailed from Mississauga. I had 2 new child applications to do also, so that's why I had to go in.
  7. April 14, 2024, haven't heard anything wasn't expecting to hear about it for awhile but I see March cruise got updated, so maybe soon.
  8. At about 4:54 you would turn right and go up the escalator. Anything past that is not applicable to your question. Follow the signs that say, Expo line - Waterfront station, then Canada Place.
  9. I have a courtesy hold on it - booked a few hours ago, printed itinerary that shows this "temporary" plus pkg. I see on the website it's gone. Will my booking price be honored?
  10. I was looking to refare under this promo, had old Plus package but the plus package under this promo now includes the premier items, premier now has an additional $50 obc. Is this right?
  11. Firesmoke.ca is what I check when traveling.
  12. I booked 1.5 years ahead for Apr 2024, old plus package, $100 x 4 obc. Fare has been maintaining +$600 pp more, I'm now at under a year to go and only a decrease of $80. It's not looking like it will get lower for my cruise. Also, looks like this cruise to Hawaii will be only one way out of Vancouver, at least for Sept 24/ Apr 25.
