  1. Or 5 or 6 drinks daily. D=4, D+=5, P=6.
  2. Go back and read the post I quoted. Very clear that person was talking about RCs CAS and so was my response, very clear. I'm very well aware of Celebrity's CC HH drink policy and no dedicated CC lounge, fleetwide.
  3. @cruisestitch is correct. Once the drink(s) are ordered they do not care who drinks it and it's not against the CAS policy. Like with Celebrity RC doesn't allow sharing drinks from the Beverage Package.
  4. Perfect reason to book another cruise.
  5. The last time we needed it was March 2022 when the airlines destroyed the zipper on one of our soft sided suite cases and glad we had the duck tape to secure it closed. Long story but we would have been SOL without it.
  6. I use zip ties for luggage and also take a roll of duck tape. I don't care what others think.
  7. Far from it. You are assuming. Received an Email from my 98 year old mother yesterday. She'll be 99 in December.
  8. I assumed you meant the CC HH when I responded.
  9. Agree "a lounge" would suggest that. Good catch.
  10. Not these two CAS members. We enjoy and like the differences and similarities between Celebrity and RC. Exactly why others opinions or experiences, positive or negative are only that and why we would not book our cruises based on that.
  11. Havensight is so much better than Crown Bay. Glad Princess uses that instead of Crown Bay. Wish Celebrity and RC would go back to Havesight.
  12. No you can't and if you did that was an exception on your cruise. The Crown Lounge (old Diamond Lounge) is only for Diamond, Diamond+ and Pinnacle. We have seen the CL (DL) concierge check Seapass cards and deny those that were not D,D+ or P. As it should be! You are allowed to give your CAS drinks to whoever you want, at any other bar/lounge.
  13. Diamond gets 4 drinks a day. Diamond Plus get 5 drinks a day. Pinnacle gets 6 drinks a day. Per member, per day. No matter where you want the drink or the time. If you attend the CAS HH in the evening in the Crown Lounge (use to be called Diamond Lounge) you do not get additional drinks from your allocated 4, 5 or 6. No carryovers either. Drink them or lose them.
  14. This thread is about repositioning cruises, not ship refurbishment.
  15. We don't go to the martini bar. Other bars/lounges are less crowed. Looking forward to the two CC HH gathering held in one of the lounges on our September Edge cruise.
  16. Get there early. Very popular. No reservations.
  17. Another place you may find an answer is the S class sticky.
  18. IMO (including my wife) the CC HH should be every evening (5 to 7) in a reserved lounge with drinks and snacks. We always enjoyed the gathering. RC and Princess makes it happen with no problems. Those that don't want to attended can still have the option of going to their bar/lounge of their choice.
  19. Our itinerary for our September Alaska cruise on the Edge. Inside passage according to Celerity. Our Juneau arrival time got changed from 9:AM to 1:30 PM. Bummer!!
  20. Our experiences have been business as usual. We did get killer deals on fleece lined jackets in the ship store while on a Caribbean cruise. We will be on the Edge in September. Last cruise of the year for Alaska. Looking forward to the cruise.
  21. Because the first day for CC HH isn't in a reserved lounge. Now in any bar/lounge (except for a couple of nights during the cruise, another change but not on the first evening) on the first evening. Also maybe Celebrity paid attention to some of us that complained about not having a CC HH the first evening(?). Agree, nice change and appreciated.
