I think lots are not getting the real moan.
The major/massive change is AFTER final payment and there is NO FREE OPTION to cancel.

I hope the boarding goes well for you and that you have an excellent cruise with some of my old friends.
All the best

Lots of theorizing but I would still love to see the two documents put out by NCL. One for those now debarking in Hong Kong and then for those embarking in Hong Kong.
Or is only the first one available? Has the second to wait till after the final payment for that cruise?
What me cynical!

Just to correct especially one for which most people will need a visa (at the last minute),
Hong Kong is an Autonomous Region of China and has its own entry/exit rules. The citizens of many countries, including the USA, do NOT need a visa.
But if you intended to spend 48 hours post cruise Hong Kong would be far more expensive than Manilla.
AND the "inconvenience payment" is an OBC not a refund so that doesn't help with the costs.
I hope that all 2000+ guests on the cruise bombard NCL with a complaint DAILY till something changes. Remember the squeaky wheel; a 2000 wheeled avalanche might be needed. .

Thanks to the "powers that be"!!!
Had I not been in for a full knee replacement recently we would have been on this cruise. Phew!! And what is worse it would have been the first of more than one.
It is probably the worst "change" that I have seen or read about that NCL has done. I feel really sorry for all those who had have this thrust upon them, especially after final payment.
I hope that enough people "Kick up a Fuss" and NCL then does the decent thing in allowing a full refund for cancelling. This is NOT the cruise advertised, it is not a CHANGE, it is a reorganization.

if any of you havent as yet read it, ncl spirit has supposed to embark from tokyo at the end of nov and a folowing cruise in dec and disembark in manilla!
I haven't but what is happening? And why? Please post NCL's letter/email.
Thanks
We are on the "same" cruises in 2025, hope nothing happens to them.

We have had the same problem in the past due to exchange differences in our NZ-USA exchange changes.

Is anyone able to put here the list of officers on the Viva at present please? Do you know if they will be there in two months?
Other names I would like too please are those of the BM's Secretary and the Group Service Coordinator.
Thank you

Even if you KNOW that there are cabins that are not occupied there are probably only three ways of getting moved to one.
Have a major problem with your cabin that cannot be fixed the day it happens.
Get a disease that requires you to be in isolation.
Do something major so that you have to be removed from circulation to be disembarked at the next port.

Is there a way of accessing a Roll Call from 2019?
Thank you

I noticed elsewhere that a cruise I was on had increased and looked into it. Not only had the price increased but a USD200 OBC had disappeared!!
So NO

My wife goes to the show at 7/7.30 and I often used to be the last in the hot tub then. The pool was well closed down by about 8 and the towels removed.

We have travelled a lot on the Spirit and have spent some time on 10. Those cabins are great, the one you have has no through traffic. Also remember that the bar closes early as does Spice H2O. You can get in the hot pools a little later but not too late.

My reading of what I see is that you have NOT paid any DSC/PSC for your suite.
Firstly what does your Confirmation Email actually show?
A recent one for us
Note that there are Zero figures for the Bev Ser Chg and the Din Ser Chg as they are built into our fare here in NZ. If you have Free at Sea and are not in NZ or Aus you may well have actual figures for those items.
Then we have a charge for "Prepaid Service Charge" to show that we have paid the PSV along with our fare. You should have something similar if you have paid the PSV (Our next cruises don't even show the DSC but have 2 x Australia Service Charge Balconies and Below in the "Add-ons" and so they are built in the actual fare too.)

BTW that cruise on the NCL Jade turned out to be an awesome 38-day cruise once we stopped expecting to experience what we had come to take for granted when we cruised with Princess or Celebrity.
Well said. Come without expectations, leave only with memories.

Which cruise where and when? Someone may then be able to help you with the reason for the lack of shorex.
There are threads regarding the NCL and flights (BOGO?). Most comments are not very favourable. There is a lot of Caveat Emptor attached!!

Sorry but you will just have to look every day.

Proper Thai food on all ships please. Take out the Chinese!! Or make both available. Even better to include Indian too.

As you have prepaid for a Dining Souvenir Photograph I suggest that you go to the Photo area when you board and discuss it with them.

We got off in Singapore before all that started; as did the GM (His fault it happened not ours). We do know that a Chinese-American friend of our did 3 months on board with only the payment for the initial cruise due to all the refunds etc.
