You will need their booking number and last name, DOB, emergency contact, their email address and physical address, emergency contact information and relation, how are they arriving at the port, bed configuration, passport information - issuing office, exp date and issuance date, number, accept their contract for them. Most importantly select their arrival time. You can oy do any of this when it is their time to check in.

When my dad cruised doing dialysis we would put luggage tags and had them delivered to the room with no issues. Also, we have packed the in suitcases and carried them onto the ship depending on length of cruise. We didn't have the best of luck in having the solutions delivered to the ship from the medical company.

Jam, thank you for the room pics. We booked last minute to join a relative on the Celebration. After seeing how large the ship is my mom and brother decided they need a scooter because they cannot walk long distances and all of the accessible cabins were booked so could not change. We will figure out something for one of the rooms.
