We finished off our night with a round of drinks at the Pesky Parrot. For a new venue, we usually didn’t have a problem finding seats. The kids had some of the NA frozen drinks, but they didn’t really like the taste. They were more interested in the edible straws. I am proud to report that we didn’t let any of out drink vouchers go to waste.

Our second show of the night was Aqua80too. I know I have complained in the past about the noise levels in venues on Royal that have only seemed to increase since the C-year. I can report that they are still ignoring me and several others that have voiced the same thing. Maybe they have stock in hearing aid companies. This show rarely went below 95dB, and often was over 100. The show was good, with high diving and aerial performances we have come to expect. I personally liked the original Aqua80 show better. Our first show of the evening was the ice show. I am always amazed at these performers. I mean, to be able to do this on a moving cruise ship! This guy was amazing. Tried to upload a video, but CC wasn’t cooperating. Here are a couple stills instead.

Last night was the saddest sight.

They did find some. Even a couple that were really small.

Daryl’s new refused to go ashore, when he found out he would have to be tied down like that parrot. Instead he hung out in Central Park Learned to play some chess and wanted to ride the carousel, but was disappointed there were no llamas.

At least we have loungers that recline. I don’t recall if I mentioned, but we have three OV balconies, side by side. So we have all the dividers open for one large balcony. The kids like going from room to room on the balcony.

What a great day at CocoCay. They have a nice welcome sculpture for Utopia and perhaps the Pesky Parrot. Those slides in Thrill park looked packed. The kids got their sliding done before we left the ship. Our preferred area is harbor beach. Did walk over toward Chill beach for a ship photo. Kids had a blast in this area.

Hmmm, I converted them to mp4, so they are compatible with most. They work fine for me. Anyone else have problems?

Kids were hiding more ducks this morning. All kinds of loungers. We have had the beach pool to ourselves for the last hour. Guess everyone is ashore. The pool deck is empty.

I think everyone’s waist has outgrown Daryl, except my granddaughter. The kids have put away massive amounts of food.

Today, we are in Coco Cay. The kids say there is something missing on this old ship. Allure is with us today. Daryl wants to know why they get a rainbow, and he doesn’t.

After our disappointment in two cancelled excursions, we decided to treat ourselves to Hooked seafood restaurant. We had the 7:00 show booked , and it wouldn’t let me book a 5:15 reservation on the app because they allotted two hours for dinner. The way around it was to call. They are not busy at opening. Beach pool was closed for a few hours because, something was in the pool that should not have been!! Daryl thought it would be good to try the Abyss slide.

One problem with this ship is there is only one flow rider. The lines were long when we went in the afternoon. Only my PA grandson and I went on. My granddaughter was disappointed she couldn’t go. She is a couple inches too short. Susan and I met this lovely couple, while we waited for the beach pool to reopen.

We got back to our meeting point just in time to find they had canceled that excursion. I don’t know why either was canceled, because it turned out to be a beautiful day. Anyway, we thought it would be a good day for the pool. It seems that several people had the same idea, and the pools were insanely crowded.

We had booked Swimming with the pigs as today’s excursion, but it was cancelled due to operational issues. So we booked the Sea and See excursion. Since it didn’t start till noon, we decided to walk to Junkanoo beach and come back for the excursion. so we rushed through a beach stop, and a stop at Senior Frogs for an early lunch. Yeah, there might have been food involved also.

Speaking of Daryl, I found him at Spotlight Karaoke. Next thing I know, and he is out getting his picture by the car. And chatting up the parrot

Thought we would check our photos, and this random couple appeared in ours. I have no idea who they are At least Daryl showed up in the boarding photo. Who knows, maybe Daryl shows up in their photos.

Solarium Bistro wasn’t too busy for breakfast. Made to order omelets, bacon and sausage. I think Harry would appreciate the spread of salmon they had.
