Do you find any of your items shrink in the high heat? Trying to decide if laundry will work for my cotton shirts.

My father used a walker on the Quantum last summer. I don't recall that they needed "permission," but my parents did have a handicap room. There was someone available to push my dad in a wheelchair (provided by the port/Royal) up the boarding ramp. He didn't do that, but he wished he did. The ramps are very steep and difficult to navigate with a walker. Just as a heads up, I know the elevators seemed to always fill up on the way to dinner. You might tell your mom to try to head down to her meals a little early to make getting elevator space a little easier.

The email indicated that the port can’t handle two large ships at once at this time, so just Quantum was bumped.

Still showing up for new bookings, but also removed from website and the app for the June 26th Quantum sailing. Juneau shows up on the shore excursion page, but all options that day are grayed out for booking and say “Sorry, we are working on enhancing excursion options. Check back later.” This is particularly frustrating because it is after final payment for us. I don’t know that we would have chosen this cruise if we knew Juneau would be off the table. Missed ports are always a possibility, but this is incredibly unfortunate, especially for our family who are doing a once-in-a-lifetime Alaskan cruise.

Just off Reflection. Husband and I (and our picky kid) commented multiple times on the quality of the buffet. Were there a few dry meats and bland cakes? Yes. Was the majority very good? Yes. Especially the Indian meals. Seriously, full of flavor, and surprising for the buffet. We ate at Lawn Club twice, and it was definitely better than the buffet but… this cruise was the first time I thought that the disparity between buffet, MDR, and specialties was not as dramatic as I previously thought. Desserts were markedly better at the Lawn Club Grill, though.

Did you leave out of Pier 29 at Port Everglades? Any issues getting there (assuming you were dropped off)?
