Hi there, was the long wait to get back on the ship an issue at every port or just some ports? Was it a problem at all times when getting back on the ship or when it was close to sail away time? We will be on the Seascape next week and would like to try to avoid the long waits if possible. So, please let me know if there was any pattern to when the delays were worse OR when it was faster for you all to get back on the ship. Thanks

Thank you! I hope the decorations are up now or will be soon. Sailing on the 9th. Woohoo, just one more week to go!

Miami Parking $35. A Day Now, Garage A
blueslily replied to sailaway54321's topic in Florida Departures
Crazy. I like the convience of parking right at the terminal, but come on now. -
Since the spring, I've found solo booking more challenging on multiple cruise lines. But, I've also found that if I keep looking and looking, I can find something if I am a bit flexible. Timing seems to be a big factor. Somwtimes I catch a good option, other times i just have to keep looking for a while. I love solo cruising (minus the cost these days). Hahahha.

Thanks so much for being willing to do a live and to answer questions. That can be a lot of work when trying to enjoy your vacation. Enjoy Day 1 of your cruise!

Wow! That's simply amazing. Thanks for posting that picture.

Very helpful. At $130 now, this is a good deal. That is $18/day for our 7 day sailing. Maybe a bit more because doubt we will use it on embarkation day as we will be busy. Guess we could go for an hour after we eat lunch and before the Muster at 4pm. That's reasonable since we do plan to be on the ship by Noon. Cabins are ready by 2pm. So, heading to the thermal suite is a good opportunity to get away from thr crowds of people trying to figure out where to go, hahaha. But I'm not sure how early we can get into the thermal suite on thr first day. I'm guessing they will be doing tours and we don't want folks all in thr way looking at us, lol.

Anyone have any pictures of Christmas decorations on MSC ships yet? Or, is it still top early for MSC? I see some pics of decorations on Royal ships.

Do you know if we can use the Fun Pass to pay for rides on thr Robotron? Thanks -
Hello December Cruisers, Our sailing on the Seascape is coming up soon. I will be introducing some first timers to cruising and some to MSC. I would love to see photos of holiday decorations on the ships. Decorations at the ports would be fun also. We are going on a Caribbean sailing out of Miami on Seascape. We are sailing early to miss some of the main holiday crowds. I hope that this will be a fun and festive thread. I'm most interested in photos of the Seascape, but all ships are welcome so this thread can be helpful for all cruisers that enjoy looking at decorations on ships. Happy cruising this holiday season!

I have a question. I will buy this pass online in advance now that it is available. But, I am curious what us the price that has been offered during the cruise? One week, caribbean sailing out of Miami on the Seascape. Anyone have experience with buying this on the ship? How much was it? We have one person in our party that is not sure of she will use the thermal suite much so i wonder if we should wait until we are on the ship to purchase something for her. If we buy it now, can we cancel when on the shop and get a refund? Just trying to figure out how to handle her not knowing yet. Thanks!

Hey, go check again. Mine is back now. Woohoo! Good luck.

Yes, totally thought it as two different ports. But, on cruise Mapper, only Amber Cove is listed and Seascape is listed as docking there. Very odd. -

Thanks so much. We board in less than 2 weeks. On embarkation fay, i eill explore the ship and try to find thr I hope the Christmas decorations are up for our sailing. On embarkation day, I will try to find the Top 19 entrance. Looking forward to enjoying the quiet area on sea days -
Has anyone heard any updates on when the excursions might be offered again? I'm not asking to be insensitive to those who were impacted by the experience a couple weeks ago. I actually really did enjoy the Excursion when I did it before. And, I was looking forward to going again with some first time cruisers on an upcoming cruise. I did look around on their website last night and saw that there are some dates available next month for booking. But they are sporadic dates. I did not see any major announcement on their web page about being open or closed.

Hmm, wonder why it's disappearing. It could be sold out for sailings. But, that could just be noted on the page. Oh well, guess I missed that boat. Lol.
