Ok. Thankfully I wasn't confusing it, hahaha. I'm calling from the US for the US number. So, I just tested it out using 888-303-6067. When I call that number and choose the option to speak with someone about a current booking that I booked directly with Celebrity, I was told the wait is 45-60 minutes and offered the option of an automatic call back. Woohoo. They call back using my 10 digit number that I called them from for the call. I've been busy taking care of a lot of stuff lately. So I thought I might have been confused. But no, I just checked and it's an option for me. Hopefully it's an option for some other people as we'll.

I might totally be making this up, but does Celebrity have the call back option where they call you back versus staying on hold, like many other companies have? I think I've used that with Celebrity as recent as last weekend when the wait was going to be long. But again, I was taking care of a lot of stuff last week and might be confusing it with a different company. I don't mind the wait if I get called back. A call back is more challenging when I'm at work, but is ok for me during the weekends or evening when I'm not working. Do you all use that feature so you are not waiting on hold?

I'm not sure which ship the OP will be sailing on, but I have a quick question about embarkation in Miami fir the Seascape. We have the 11:30am chech in time. Does anyone know what time is the earliest check in time, like when doors open to start checking in? I'm asking because I'm wondering how many groups of folks will be ahead of us and how long of a wait or line there might be for the 11:30 time-frame. I know no one has a crystal ball, hahaha. Just wondering if check in slots usually start at like 10, 10:30, or 11 maybe. Then maybe I will have an idea how many groups are ahead of us. Thanks

Right now, it's 26.99/day for my sailing. That's on sale from 30.99, lol. I'm bummed that it's not getting the better sale pricing like the alcoholic packages are. Im not booking it at this price. (I'm not an alcohol drinker.)

Same price for my February Ascent price. The price increase happened a few days ago.

Sorry to hear about your experience. What type of cabin are you staying in? With so many people going to Guest Services, I wonder what solution they can offer everyone. Unfortunate to hear about such a beautiful ship. I'm just hoping the issue was remedied with the Ascent. Is this an issue with other E class ships also? I'm mainly just seeing posts about thr Beyond.

Are these noises also heard in the Sunset Verandas? I will be in my first sunset and I'm a but concerned.

Also, in my planner it looks like Celebrity will allow me to purchase X Pass for just 1 person in the cabin although we have 2 people in my cabin. With Royal, for the Key, we usually had to book it for everyone in the cabin. I wonder how this works with just 1 person getting it. Sorry for all the posts. I'm new to Celebrity and this is interesting to me as I read all the posts here. 😊

Thanks. In the planner for my Feb cruise, I just have the option of buying Premium wi-fi since when I booked I just paid for cruise only. So, I wonder what is the benefit for people that just booked the cruise only. Thanks

Thanks for calling to ask. But, for new bookings in which only Premium WiFi is sold, what's the benefit then? If you have 2 people in a cabin and they already have the Premium, either in the package or through buying it separately, how does the Pass help them? Are people able to book the Classic now for new bookings? I'm new to Celebrity, but I thought Celebrity only sells Premium now. Thx

Thank you so much. Yes, I have the Celebrity app and I stay logged in on the cruise planner site also and check cruise planner items nearly daily. I think I was checking around Labor Day to see if there was a sale since Royal had a good planner items sale last year. Quite a few people, including me, got some good deals on planner items on Royal during that sale last year. No luck for my specific Celebrity Ascent sailing so far. But, I will indeed keep checking daily. Thanks 😊
